"Well-Maintained Assisted Living with Excellent Location and Cost Value"
This place is always clean and tidy. It never smells weird, and the director is really great. But sometimes, the aides aren’t as helpful as they could be. We picked this spot mostly because it’s in a good location and fits our budget.

"Warm Community with Engaging Activities and Attentive Staff"
We've had a good time at the village. The people who work there are nice and take good care of my grandma. They have lots of things to do each week and fun parties for holidays.

"Primacy Place: Mixed Reviews on Staffing and Activities"
Primacy Place has bigger rooms than usual, and it’s more affordable. The facility is clean, but the room cleaning isn’t as good as they claim. Rehab was great until the doctor let her enrollment lapse. The Director communicates well, but they need more staff. The activities aren’t what they were described to be.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
My Aunt has diabetes, like many others there. She wants more meals that fit her health needs. The food is her main issue more fresh veggies, less canned stuff. They share lots of pics on Facebook so we can see them having fun with residents. They have many fun activities for residents. My aunt seems happy, and our family is happy overall. Cost is a concern since others in the family help pay. Getting older costs a lot.

"Mixed Experience at Village at Primacy Place Assisted Living"
My family member lives at Village at Primacy Place and her experience there has been mostly good. The staff is nice and tries to help. The cleaning is okay, but repairs could be better. Moving in wasn’t easy. The food looks good. I think they should have online rent payments, an app for fixing things, and an online calendar for activities. Overall, I might recommend Village at Primacy Place to others.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
My aunt stays there, so it's tricky to judge. We've had some problems with healthcare. She had a UTI for weeks even after telling the staff she felt sick. The doctor only visits twice a month. It's also hard to get help at night and on weekends. There's definitely room to get better.

"Friendly Staff, Needs More Nurses and 24/7 Care"
The place is really neat and tidy. The people working here are mostly nice, but there aren’t enough of them, which is a problem a lot of places have. Also, they don’t have a registered nurse here all the time.

"Pricey but Pleasant Tour at Primacy Place"
Our visit to The Village of Primacy Place was really pleasant, but the costs were high. They also asked for a big one-time payment to start living there.

"A Warm and Welcoming Community with Plenty of Activities"
I have lived in several places, but The Village is the only one that truly feels like a community. There are lots of activities every day, like gardening in the summer and playing bingo with movies included. You can read a book from the library, take a walk around the campus, or just relax in the shade on the front porch. Each month, there are parties to welcome new residents and celebrate birthdays. But the best part is the kindness and care everyone gets from the staff.
