"Poor Care, Money-Driven: Research Before Choosing!"
If you’re looking for a place that adds extra charges to the contract and provides terrible care for your loved one, this is the spot. The owner seems to care more about money than people. They hire inexperienced caregivers who only manage a few tasks each day. If your loved one falls ill temporarily, they don’t take the necessary steps beyond quickly filling the empty space. I’ve spent time at another Residential Care Facility, and there are better options out there. Do your research!

"Deception and Disrespect: Terrible Experience with 4 Seasons Senior Living"
4 Seasons Senior Living in Lewisville, Carrollton, Coppell, and other locations was an absolute nightmare for our family. We initially had plans to move in, but things quickly went south and we decided not to. We first visited the Gilespie property sometime ago, pressured into rushing our decision by the demand for a $1500 deposit within 24 hours. Not too long after, we paid a larger deposit of $2000 and signed a contract for the same property, located 4 miles from our home. We were charged $3800 per month. We eagerly prepared for the move in date, with a hospital bed, wheelchair delivery, and wheelchair transport van all set up. Unfortunately, on the day before we were set to move in, the property coordinator completely changed the agreement. They told us that our 86-year-old mother, who lives in Arkansas, was in far worse health than the report provided to them two weeks before – which was totally untrue. To add to the frustration, they urged us to move to a different property 12 miles away in a not-so-great neighborhood and hinted at a price surge. That afternoon, my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. Instead of being able to take care of her, I had to check out these alternative houses in Lewisville. After seeing them, I felt deceived and angry. I headed straight to their main office to meet with several key staff. They kept insisting that my mom required extra care that couldn't be provided at Gilespie and the cost would be more than $3800 a month. They never specified the new cost or date of initiation. The condescending way they spoke to me left a bitter taste in my mouth. When I asked for my deposit back, they denied my request. Despite writing them and citing their breach of contract, the refund was not given. This whole experience with 4 Seasons Senior Living left us feeling exploited and frustrated. The deadline for the owners to rectify the matter has since passed and nothing has happened.

"Warm and Attentive Care in Cozy Neighborhood"
We really liked the cozy home atmosphere and the fact that it's in a friendly neighborhood. The caregivers were super nice and paid great attention to everyone.

My mom feels well cared for by the friendly staff here. The environment is pleasant, and she enjoys the meal options. They also offer activities for those interested. We recommend this community for loved ones.

"RESIDENTIAL Comfort and Consistency"
My mom stayed at this small assisted living facility for just one week before she passed away. She felt more comfortable there than at a larger place. All her needs, both dietary and personal, were met. It felt like home with a companion. The best part was having the same caretaker consistently, instead of new ones every day. I wish I'd known about these group homes sooner. The staff was very helpful and provided great resources.

My loved one stayed for just three days before passing away. Despite this, we were charged the deposit and the full month's rent. I tried to discuss this with them, but they never got back to me.

"Caring Staff at 4 Seasons"
I’ve been super happy with 4 Seasons Senior Living. The staff is really caring, and honestly, I can’t think of anything they need to improve. The only thing is, they don’t seem to have any activities. But overall, it’s been a good experience.
