"Avoid this assisted living: negligent care, harmed my dad."
This place is terrible. They didn't take good care of my dad. They forgot to give him water and meals sometimes. Because of them, my dad got even sicker. They shouldn't be allowed to run a business like this.

"Poor Communication and Administration, Good Staff but Understaffed"
I don't suggest this place. They don't communicate well. The helpers are great but there aren't enough of them. The managers just care about money. Everything else was fine, but because of the managers, I can't recommend this place. The food was awful too. My mom wouldn't eat it, so I had to bring her food.

"Adora's Doctor Delays Cremation With No State Program Enrollment"
I can't believe that the doctor at this place didn't sign my dad's death certificate so he could be cremated. We've been waiting for more than a month now. The doctor couldn't sign off electronically because he wasn't even enrolled with the state program that allows that. It's unbelievable that Adora would have a doctor who works with elderly people but doesn't have access to this necessary system.

"Neglect and Mismanagement at Assisted Living Facility, Nearly Fatal"
December 2018 was a nightmare at this assisted living facility. My sister's husband, who was in the specialized nursing unit, nearly lost his life due to a gallbladder infection. The nurses dropped the ball by not providing the necessary information to the resident physician. (This was admitted by them). Shockingly, the staff suggested that WE decide if he required hospital admission. It was almost too late. Adora botched the transportation to the hospital. After a complicated surgery and recovery period, Adora then insisted that they were ill-equipped to meet his caregiving needs and refused to readmit him.

"New Facility with Wheelchair-Accessible Features and Spacious Bathroom"
This facility is brand new and small like a boutique. The kitchen sink is easy to use from a wheelchair. The bathroom is spacious with pull chains in both the bathroom and bedroom.
