"Caring Owner and Great Community at Advanced Personal Care"

We picked Advanced Personal Care for our loved one because Carmelo, the owner, really helped us make it work. He truly cares about what he does. Sometimes he might need a bit more help, but that’s rare. We checked out 5 or 6 other places, but they were too expensive. We feel we made the right choice with Advanced. They gave our loved one a separate space to call his own. Carmelo always finds solutions and looks for ways to improve. They have different types of residents, some more active than others, which can be a bit confusing. But overall, it’s a great community, and we would recommend it to anyone.

A Place For Mom Customer

"Assisted Living Needs Improvement, Mixed Resident Gender"

I think the idea is good and I like the owner. But the home itself wasn't that great. It was clean but simple. There were no plants or nice spots to sit outside. I'm sure they take care of the people living there, but it's not the best place for her. One issue is that there are both men and women living there.

"Friendly Staff in Aging Home"

The director is nice, but the house looks a bit old. However, the care providers seem happy in their jobs.
