""Dirty and Moldy Assisted Living""
Certainly! Here's the rewritten review in 8th-grade level American English: The place was super dirty, and I'd never want my family here. We saw mold in the bathrooms during our visit.

"Caring Staff and Good Food Make a Difference"
The staff here is super friendly and always looks out for the residents. They've got a great routine for taking care of everyone, and they've even convinced my loved one to eat regularly. Whenever my loved one wants something, they're quick to fix it. Overall, it's been really good for them. By the way, there are currently only seven residents in the community.

"Loved One’s Final Days in Assisted Living: A Heartbreaking Experience"
The original review highlights the challenges faced by the reviewer while trying to connect with their loved one in an assisted living facility during the pandemic. Despite their efforts, they were unable to spend quality time with their family member, and the lack of communication from the director added to their frustration. The caregiver’s compassionate gesture provided a brief window of connection, but overall, the experience was deeply emotional and difficult.

"Knowledgeable and Sincere"
I'd love to move my Grandma here, but unfortunately, the place is flooded. When I toured it, the facility was super clean and well-maintained. The furniture and decorations were better than average, and it felt professionally designed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. They had plenty of people to take care of everyone. The rooms were spacious, but there's no kitchen. They said I could bring a mini fridge for Grandma. During my visit, the staff had everyone playing board games in the dining room—no sitting in rooms all day! Once it's fixed, I'd highly recommend this place.

"Decent Facility but Far and Price Mismatch Issues"
The visit was okay. The place is kind of far, but it might be worth thinking about. However, there was confusion about the cost. I was given one price, but then told a different one for the same place. So, I'm still searching.

"Shared room, new home has options, rate doesn’t increase."
The only room available here is a shared one, but he’s opening a new home with many room choices. The new home is beautiful. The location isn’t ideal for me, but a positive is that once you decide on a care level and price, your rate never increases.

"“New Assisted Living Home Offers Stable Rates and Lovely Rooms”"
Only shared room available here, BUT they’re opening a new home for their first resident. Lots of room options! The house is lovely. The location isn’t ideal for me, though. One positive: once you decide on care level & price, your rate stays the same.

"Caring Staff and Good Place Celine Keeps Everything Running Smoothly"
The assisted living facility is doing pretty well compared to others we've visited. It's a good place overall. One worker, Celine, is awesome. She really keeps everything running smoothly and provides excellent care.

"Wonderful PCAs and Excellent Medical Care at Agape Heritage Home"
I was worried about the lack of trained medical staff and if they could handle my loved one's medical needs. But the PCAs are amazing. They do a great job with the PEG tube and catheter care. The home health RN and the PA for the doctor have also visited. As a medical professional, I expect a certain level of care, and I'm happy to say that Agape Heritage Home meets my expectations. The ladies (PCAs) taking care of my sibling are wonderful, caring people who truly care about her well-being, comfort, and progress.

"My concern was the lack of trained medical staff"
My concern was the lack of trained medical staff and their ability to handle my loved one's medical needs. However, the PCAs are amazing. They manage the PEG tube and indwelling catheter very well. The home health RN and the PA for the MD have also visited. As a medical professional, I expect a high level of care, and I am happy to say that Agape Heritage Home meets my expectations. The PCAs taking care of my sibling are wonderful, caring people who truly care about her well-being, comfort, and progress.
