"Good care, but could use more staff and better move-in prep"
I think this place is one of the best around. They might need a couple more staff members since it sometimes takes 10-15 minutes to get a response to the buzzer. The food is really good and there’s plenty of it. They have nice facilities and the staff is very caring. Moving in can be a big shock for seniors, and it might help if they did a bit more to prepare both the senior and their family for the change. But I think this is pretty normal for any facility.

"Staff Unresponsive, Tour Disappointing, Questions Unanswered"
We went for a tour with our family, but when we arrived, the staff were just hanging out and didn't really pay attention to us for a bit. Plus, the person who was supposed to know everything about the place couldn't really answer our questions.
