"Great place with good food and fun activities"
They were really helpful with the move-in. Any small problems we’ve had, we’ve been able to solve with them. The place is nice and clean. The food is really good. And they have fun activities

"Arbor House is the best choice for our mom!"
My brothers and I loved the Arbor House. We can’t think of a reason why anyone wouldn’t want to live there. This is where we’ve chosen for mom! We’re really excited. We visited a few places, and this one was the best.

"Active Social Atmosphere: A Great Experience for Dad"
I visited this place with my dad. It was nice. People were doing stuff together and having fun. They seemed happy. Everybody was friendly and social. I liked it a lot. But my dad felt he was too old to move there.

"A very caring place for my mom"
My mom is in Hospice at Arbor House of Waco. They have been amazing in recognizing her need for Hospice and setting everything up for us. All the staff are great, accessible, helpful, and very caring towards my mom. Everything is super clean here and the food is great. They even served me lunch today while I was with my mom. The staff made sure my mom’s pureed diet was addressed and knew when she couldn’t eat anymore. My mom’s time here has been wonderful and I would definitely recommend Arbor House to my friends and family.

"Informative Tour and Attentive Staff"
I have no complaints about the tour I took at this place for my loved one. The staff were on time for our appointment and gave lots of great information about everything they had to offer. It just seemed like more care than my mother would need.

"Happy With Mom's New Home, Friends Told"
We're happy with my mother-in-law's move to this place. Everything's going pretty good so far. She's doing well. They're really looking after her and what she needs. The people working here are nice, and they've been a big help. When we come to see her, the place is always clean. They serve tasty food and have fun stuff for everyone to do. We've told our friends how great this place is because we like it a lot.

"Highly recommend this caring and clean community"
My dad stayed here for a short time, and it was great. They sent a nurse to the hospital to see if he could be admitted, and he was. The staff were very supportive, caring, and sensitive to our needs. They offer good, healthy meals. They encouraged him to join in some daily activities. They had an Easter egg hunt and even threw him a birthday party. The community is very clean.

"Great Place for Parents’ Care"
I visited this place to find care for my parents. The community is clean and really nice, but it wasn’t what we needed at the time. We liked it for my mom and dad. The place is beautiful and I highly recommend it for its care and value.

"In-Laws Thriving and Happy in This Community"
My in-laws are doing great since they moved here. It’s a really nice place, and we’re happy with everything they’ve done for us. The community is always clean and well-kept. The staff is friendly, caring, and kind. There are activities for the residents, but the food could taste better. Overall, everything is going well, and I recommend this place.

"Good Experience Overall, Need More Staff Training"
My wife is overall happy with the location. The only problems we've noticed are that your helpers need more training, and some are better than others at getting things done. As you grow, you'll need more help in this area. Right now, they can't handle all they have to do. I think the fee is fine and appreciate the two people mentioned above.

"Assisted Living Facility Fails in Emergencies"
My grandma slipped, hit her head, and needed an ER visit with stitches. When she was ready to leave the hospital, Arbor House was supposed to pick her up. Instead, the hospital phoned someone from the contact list who lived 30-45 minutes away. This shouldn't have occurred!
