"Great Care, Needs More Veggies"
We picked Windsor Court during COVID because he needed medical care and insulin shots, and they could do that here. He also needed memory care, which they provided. After he moved in, we saw it’s a smaller place with great staff. It’s in his hometown, so it’s a good spot for him. He says they don’t serve enough fresh veggies with meals, so that could be better. I would recommend them to others.

"Disappointing Visit to Windsor Court Assisted Living Facility"
I didn't like my visit to Windsor Court in Weatherford a few weeks ago. We saw a couple of apartments for independent living, but they still had stuff from the people who lived there. It made me feel weird. I wouldn't want my family member's things treated like that. It took a lot of calls to the office to get our questions answered.

"Staff Shows Respect to Residents"
I visited this place while searching for a home for my Mom. The staff was super friendly, and they treated all the residents with respect. The marketing director who showed us around was nice and answered all my questions. I'd suggest this facility to other families.

"Unsanitary Conditions and Disrespectful Staff"
I didn't like this place for several reasons. When we walked around, I saw how dirty it was; not clean at all. The room they showed me had belonged to someone who had passed away recently, and the staff hadn't bothered to pack up their things before showing it to a potential new resident. Some staff and residents were even sleeping in the common room. I wouldn't recommend sending anyone here; it was terrible.

"Serious Disappointment in Assisted Living Facility"
I really didn't like this place for several reasons. Walking around, I was struck by how unclean it was, it felt dirty. They showed me a room that had been recently vacated due to the tenant's passing. They hadn't even bothered to pick up the former resident's belongings before showing it to me. Meanwhile, both employees and residents were snoozing in the shared lounge. I certainly wouldn't suggest that anyone consider putting a loved one here; it was just dreadful.

"Open and Spacious Living!"
I really liked the open floor plan in this community. The wide hallways made it easy for residents to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful during our visit. I was impressed to see residents participating in lots of activities throughout the building. I'd recommend it to anyone.

"Happy with Mom's Care and Activities"
I am very pleased with the care at this place. My mom seems happy here. We like the staff and their attention. She enjoys the meals and the activities offered. We recommend that families visit the community to see the care for themselves.

"Warm Staff, Institutional Vibes"
The staff and tour guides at Arbor House were super friendly and helpful. But, honestly, the place felt too much like an institution. We wanted something cozier.

"Worth Exploring!"
The people working at this place were friendly when we visited. We appreciated that it was a smaller community and well-maintained. Unfortunately, they didn't have any openings during our tour.

"Concerns with care and cleanliness considering relocating elderly relative."
My mom has had some boo-boos on her skin ever since she moved into the place. Even though they're supposed to use two people to lift her up safely, it seems like they might not be doing it right. They're either grabbing her arms instead of under them or just using one person. The place used to be a bit messy too, but they got a new cleaner, which helped. But when I visited recently, there was a mountain of laundry waiting to be done. We're starting to think about finding somewhere else for Mom to live. Especially after one of the caregivers tore off a bandage that was supposed to stay on until Mom's skin healed. My sister talked to the boss, and she basically said if they can't take care of Mom, they'll help us find a new place.

"Inadequate Care and Untidy Conditions at Assisted Living Home"
My mom's been getting a lot of skin tears at this place. It's supposed to take two people to lift her, but it seems like maybe they're grabbing her by the arms or a single person is doing it. The place was also kinda dirty, but they recently hired a new housekeeper so it's a bit better. When I was there, the laundry was really piling up. We're thinking about moving mom elsewhere. The last straw was when her bandage, applied by the hospice nurse and meant to stay on until she healed, was ripped off, causing her a lot of pain. My sister spoke to the director who basically said if they couldn't meet mom's needs, they'd help us find a new place.

The Arbor House of Weatherford is a great place. It doesn’t feel like a hospital but more like a cozy home. My mom says the food is really tasty. Parking is easy, and she seems to really enjoy living there. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Everything from cleanliness to friendliness, value, and care services is top-notch. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience. Five stars!

"**"Gloomy Assisted Living Facility Lacks Interaction"**"
The assisted living facility wasn't great. It felt really sad there. The building was old, and only about six patients were watching TV. There wasn't any interaction.

"Assisted Living Facility: Doing Well Despite Limited Resources"
The place could use more aides, but they're doing okay. They really care and meet my needs for advanced Alzheimer's care without making me go to a nursing home. Overall, they're doing a good job.

"Excellent Staff!"
The staff has been excellent! Dealing with my grandad's situation hasn't been easy, but they've been great. The cost is high, but considering the care they provide, it's fair. We had a few issues in the first month, like running out of meds that should have been called in, but we've mostly resolved those. While I wish they offered more activities, my grandad can't participate anyway.

"Nice Facility Future Consideration Depends on Rehab Progress"
The facility was really nice. If we need a place like this in the future, I will definitely think about it. Right now, it’s too early to say since she’s only been in rehab for a week.
