The room was too distant from all the community's amenities. What we got for the cost didn't align with the care needed. The tour was okay, but the community didn't meet my loved one's needs.

"Nightmare Under New Management"
New bosses came in, and it was a total mess. Don’t bring your family here. I regret not moving my mom out sooner. All the nice workers left. The new Manager is a letdown.

"Beware of Arden Park"
Beware of Arden Park Assisted Living. My mom stayed at Arden Park for four years. A new owner took charge. He promised things would remain the same, but within two weeks, most of the great staff left. He even denied access to my mom’s hospice nurse and her replacement. I moved my mom after finding her in bed during the day with a wet diaper on three separate occasions. He held back her medication refill for almost a week while preparing a bill for the 30 days after she left. Stay away from Arden Park1.

I've lived at Arden Park since 2019. Even after my wife passed away, I've been comfortable here. The friendly staff takes care of all my needs—mental, physical, and medical.

"Warm, Caring, and Engaging Assisted Living"
We’re really pleased with this place for my mom. It’s a smaller facility with a warm, loving atmosphere. We’ve met the owners, and they’re always around. The staff are reliable and caring. They keep an eye on my mom all day and provide lots of updates. I get texts from the doctor or staff if anything important happens. I really appreciate these updates. We can visit any time we want. The community is new, very nice, and not too crowded. They make sure the residents stay busy and active. My mom loves her cozy room it’s been a great fit for us.

"Wonderful care and spacious rooms!"
I’m really happy with how things have been going at this place for my mother. She has a nice, big room with her own bathroom. The staff are great and pay close attention to her needs and the family’s needs too. They give her three healthy meals a day, and she’s always satisfied. Overall, my dad and the rest of the family are pleased with her stay so far, and I would definitely recommend this place.

"Comfort and Care at Arden Park"
My mom and dad now live at Arden Park. I’m so happy A Place For Mom recommended this place. My dad has Alzheimer’s, and my mom is recovering from a heart attack and pulmonary aneurysms. The owners, [Removed] and [Removed], have made my parents feel right at home. They and their staff are very patient with my parents. My parents, their room, and the facility are always clean (and it smells clean too!). Both are eating well. Even my picky mom hasn’t complained about the food. The facility looks more like a big house than an institution. The owners suggested extra help and benefits I didn’t know about. I feel confident leaving my parents here. My anxiety has gone down a lot.

"Friendly staff and great activities make him feel at home!"
Arden Park is a wonderful place for my brother. He enjoys playing bingo and loves spending time on the patio for some fresh air. I haven’t tasted the food myself, but he seems to enjoy it. The staff are friendly and we communicate well with them. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

"Arden Park - Exceptional Care and Attention"
My sister and I visited Arden Park and talked with Jeanette and some of the caregivers. We were really impressed by how professional they were, so we chose Arden Park for our 92-year-old mom's long-term care. She has been there for several months, and we’re very happy with our choice. They truly care about everyone living there and understand each person’s specific needs.

"Very Caring Staff and Comfortable Atmosphere!"
The people at Arden Place greeted my Mother-in-Law warmly when she arrived. They made her feel at home and quickly took care of her needs. They also made us feel welcome while setting up her room. The staff was very caring and even bought a newspaper for her when hers didn’t arrive on time. They are great at handling her health needs and the things she enjoys. We believe she is in the perfect place with such kind and attentive staff and management.

"Exceptional Care in a Cozy, Homelike Setting"
Arden Park Assisted Living took amazing care of my mother. They were very kind, thoughtful, and professional. The place looks beautiful and is very clean. It feels like a lovely home, not just a care facility. The atmosphere is cozy and soothing. The food is tasty and served in the right amounts. I was always updated about my mother's condition and activities. The management and staff were outstanding. Everyone who visited my mother—hospice workers, friends, family, and pastors—was very impressed. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my mother.
