"Good Facility with Concerns about Recent Management Change"
They had everything Mom needed, so we chose it right away. It was the first place we visited, and they had a room ready for Mom to move into immediately because she needed their care sooner rather than later. Overall, it's been mostly positive. However, the recent change in director has made Mom and her friends a bit uneasy. Adjusting to changes while settling in can be frustrating. But overall, we still think it's a good place.

"Double Billing Issues and Poor Customer Service Experience"
My family member didn't stay there for long. Everything was fine until we moved her stuff out. They charged me twice more than a month ago, and I still haven't got my money back. I call them every week, but they keep delaying me.

"Poor Management and Limited Food at this Overpriced Assisted Living Facility"
I'm convinced that this place isn't worth the money. Ever since the management changed, the services went downhill with them. The only thing keeping my relative here is the front staff - the people who work during the day, the cleaners, and those who organize fun activities. It now takes maintenance a long time to finish easy jobs, and the sales director seems clueless. You should prepare to be on your feet for several hours and be told many false things. You do get bread at the end, to their credit. If only they put as much effort into our family's meals as they do into their bread. It's absurd that they're always running out of food and drinks.

: Mixed Experience with Friendly Director and Competent Care Manager¹ In this review, the author shares their experience with Atria Senior Living. They moved their loved one into the community after a negative prior experience elsewhere. Atria provided weekly laundry services and prepared good food for residents. However, the director's friendliness felt fake, and there were issues with money refunds. On the bright side, the care manager was competent and nice. "Assisted Living Review: Pleasant Experience with Outstanding Food and Spacious Rooms"
This place was pretty nice when I visited for a tour. Everything seemed good, and I didn't have any issues. The community looked nice and well taken care of. The staff I met were friendly and helped me with my questions. Overall, it was a good experience. The food was really good, and the rooms were big. Unfortunately, they didn't have any openings that matched what we needed right now.

The staff could be nicer to the residents. They should communicate better with families about our loved ones' care needs. The community is clean and well-organized. The meals are great, and there are no complaints. They offer on-site activities for residents. Overall, it's a good community with room for improvement.
