"Great staff and atmosphere, but food needs fresher veggies."
The place has a great vibe and the staff are quick to help. However, my parents haven't been at Morada Grand Prairie, so my info might be outdated. The food was good but could use more fresh vegetables and fewer carbs.

"Room cleanliness neglected, responsiveness lacking; overall safety concerns."
The place isn't safe. They don't respond or take responsibility. We had to talk to the boss to get anything done, even just cleaning the room. There was something red on the wall and floor for a whole month.

"“Average-sized rooms; recommend for others.”"
We picked Morada Grand Prairie because we knew someone who worked here when we were searching. The room sizes seem average compared to others we saw. I’d recommend it to others looking.

"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Facility"
I visited this place when looking for somewhere for my Mom. I think she might not feel comfortable here. The building layout didn't appeal to me either. It costs more than other places I checked out, and the rooms are smaller. The person who showed us around, the marketing director, was really great and knew a lot. I'd suggest this place for families okay with the higher prices.

"Great facility with good food but a bit pricey"
Nice, clean facility with lots to do and good food. The salad bar and soup with menus at each table are great. However, it's a bit more expensive compared to Meridian and Crescent Point, especially with the one-time community fee.

"A Welcoming Place with Caring Staff and Engaging Activities"
Everything has been going well with my loved one staying here. The place is clean and has everything she needs. The staff is really nice and communicates well. If something happens, they would call my brother right away because he lives closer. She also has a MedAlert button she can push for help. They offer lots of activities for residents, and everyone is friendly. She has friends to sit with during meals, and people wave back when she waves at them. I would recommend this place.

"Decent Place for a Short Stay"
This place is okay. Nothing really special stood out, but I wouldn’t mind having my loved one stay here for a short time.
