"Happy Overall, But Staff Changes Often"
Overall, we’ve been happy with my parents living there. Sometimes, things aren’t perfect, but that’s normal anywhere. They do have a lot of staff changes, so it’s hard to know who’s doing what and when.

"Assisted Living Review: Great Experience with Dining Concerns"
Overall, my experience has been really good except the dining has gotten worse lately. It used to be very good until recently. The director and staff are excellent.

"Friendly Staff, Needs More Attention to Cleanliness"
Some of the staff are great. They are really nice to my Mom who is in memory care. I just wish they would help her wear clean clothes and shower more often. Overall, I would recommend Atria Grapevine to others.

"Not the Best; Felt Rushed into Memory Care Too Soon"
I didn't really like this place because the woman there seemed ready to put my loved one straight into memory care, even though they are nowhere near needing that.

"Nice Facility, But Memory Care Too Separate"
I toured this place and it looked nice. We were looking for Memory Care, but didn’t like that the Memory Care unit was completely separate from the rest of the facility. Not exactly what we wanted.”

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
The visit was alright, but they were changing staff. They wanted us there, but we weren't ready. Staff felt a bit too eager. The place has different floors, which worried us. The workers were all friendly and useful.

"Impressive Assisted Living Experience!"
Our family visited Atria Grapevine in person, and we found it to be a lovely facility. The director gave us a great tour, and we got to see the memory care area and meet some residents. They had lots of different activities happening in various areas. The garden and patio outside were also very nice, and we left feeling impressed.

"Clean facility with good amenities, but lacks first-floor units"
The Atria is a clean, multi-story building on Hwy 121. From the front, it was a bit noisy. Since my mom cares a lot about food and activities, I looked at their Activities guide and menu, and they seemed very good. The apartments had roomy kitchenettes with plenty of counter space and storage. However, although there were studio and one-bedroom options, none were on the first floor. The property had a nice outdoor area with a covered porch and pavilion. The base price didn’t include laundry service, which is important for my mom. I chose not to go with this place because there were no first-floor apartments available, and the second floor felt too quiet and isolated for my mom. Also, I think the base price should include laundry to be more competitive.

"Clean, good value, but dietary and medical communication issues"
The community doesn't offer special menu options for dietary restrictions, and the food can be inconsistent. The staff is doing their best. While communication with the Management is good, the medical staff could improve. The place is very clean and provides good value for the money. Based on my experience, I would recommend this community to others.

"Facility is friendly but under repair with limited resident activity"
My mom and I visited this place today. They had major water damage from recent storms, so it was hard to see everything. The staff seemed very friendly, though. The place looks a bit old, but with all the repairs and construction, it’s hard to know how it will look when finished. There are lots of activities planned, but we only saw a few residents, who were on the patio. This made me wonder how much social interaction happens since no one was in the common areas.
