"Caring, Personalized Assisted Living at Atria Westchase"
My first visit to Atria Westchase felt welcoming. The place isn't too big, and the staff knew everyone by name. They took good care of residents, even though my family member was quite independent and didn't require much attention.

"Ideal for Less Active Seniors with Friendly Staff and Good Value"
This place is great for my family members because they can walk around and do gentle exercises. It's a good deal and the staff are nice. It's better for seniors who aren't very active. If you're looking for a place with a gym, pool, or tennis/pickleball court, you should check somewhere else. I would suggest this place to other people.

"Nice Community but Expensive with Long Memory Care Waitlist; Need Urgent Options"
Atria Westchase was a nice place to live. It cost more than we planned to spend. They also had a very long wait for the memory care unit, and we need something fast.

"Clean facility, inconsistent staff, needs more activities."
They don't always clean my loved one's room, but the facility is always clean. The staff is polite but not always helpful. They aren't always what they seem. The night nurses aren't consistent in checking on my loved one. The food is okay, but sometimes they overcook the fish and chicken. The residents are lovely, but they need more activities.

"Nice place, but rooms were too small"
I visited this place while searching for a home for my mom. The rooms were small, but the place was nice. The tour guide was the most informative out of all the places I visited, and they even gave me a pie when I left! The facility was very clean, and they had a separate building for extra care if needed. I seriously considered this place, but the rooms were just too small. They offered typical activities like bingo and cards. Overall, it was a nice place, just not quite what I needed.

"Very Pleased With The Care"
This place really keeps its promises about taking care of people. When we brought my mom here, she wasn't feeling great, but since she moved in, her health has gotten better. The staff is always on top of things and communicates well with our family. The whole community is clean and well-maintained. We're very impressed.

My mother-in-law is really happy here and making friends. She loves the community and enjoys the activities. The staff makes her feel comfortable, and the meals are great. The place is bright, clean, and well-organized with nice, modern furniture. The prices were very reasonable. I really appreciate A Place For Mom's help. The Advisor did an excellent job finding this place.

"**"A Welcoming Community with Great Amenities"**"
The people who work here are really friendly and welcoming. When we visit, everyone says hello, and they encourage the residents to stay active. The food is awesome, and they have a dining setup like a restaurant. My dad enjoys joining some of the exercise classes. The whole community is well-maintained, and the grounds are beautiful with flowers out front. The rooms are spacious and come with a big refrigerator and a small kitchen area. I definitely recommend this place.

"Atria Westchase: The Right Choice for Our Family!"
My mother-in-law had a tough time moving to Atria Westchase because she wanted to stay with us longer. Still, I know we made the right choice since she’s getting better care than we could provide. The community is really clean and well-kept. The staff we met when we first visited have been there for many years, which shows that the management treats them well. The staff is very attentive and keeps us updated on her care. I also tried the food, and it was good.

"Clean, Caring Assisted Living: Atria Westchase Shines Brightly"
Atria Westchase is a great place for folks who need some extra help. It's a bit like being on a cruise ship! The food is yummy, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and everything is kept really clean. The nurses' assistants are usually quick to help when you need them. But, it's important to know that Atria Westchase isn't a full-on hospital. They only have one nurse around during regular hours. If someone needs medical help at night or on weekends, they'll have to wait for someone else to come. I was so impressed when I visited Atria Westchase that I didn't even check out other places. So, I can't say how their prices compare to others.

"Bank Draft Problems, But Great Staff"
The facility is very nice, but dealing with the corporate office is tough. They overcharged me the first month, even though I told them in time to fix it. They took the extra money from the bank, and it took a week and many calls to get it back. I recommend avoiding the bank draft option. I canceled mine after learning this lesson. The place is very clean, and the staff is wonderful. They really care about the residents.

"Adjusting to Assisted Living: Cautious Optimism Amidst Concerns"
The staff here is caring, but changes are happening. Mom's adjusting from independent living. Family pleased. Yet, laundry issues persist, mentorship lacking, and management overlooks inclusion. Activities match promises? Watching closely. Mom's reaction and environment key. Updates soon.

"Clean and friendly facility, not perfect for every need."
I visited this place to check if it's good for my family member. The place looked nice and clean, and the people who work there were kind and knew what they were doing. I liked that even though I didn't tell them I was coming, they were happy to show me around and answer my questions. But, I don't think they could provide exactly what my loved one needed at that time. Still, it's a nice place overall and worth considering!

"Headline: "Neglected Calls and Unsympathetic Management at Atria Westchase""
We had high hopes upon initially joining the Atria Westchase assisted living community due to their warm welcome, complete with friendly demeanor and pie gifts. Our enthusiasm has since dwindled. My father, who is wheelchair-bound, requires the highest level of care for his daily needs. We chose Atria in part because of their call button system which was highlighted as a key aspect of their service. They pledged that all call button alerts would be answered within a ten minute span and their caregivers' response times would be closely monitored. In practice, the system has turned out to be a disappointment. Several late-night and early morning call alerts, particularly on Sundays, go unanswered. This failure leaves my father in a state of helplessness until a family member can arrive. It seems that the caregivers, who appear to hold additional jobs to make ends meet, cannot cope with the workload. The upper management is indifferent and unpleasant when administration problems are brought to their attention. Their unsympathetic demeanor made me feel as if they wish we would halt complaining through apathetic responses. We have begun the search for a more suitable assisted living facility for my dad as we feel it's time to make a switch.

"Top-Notch Care and Activities, Highly Recommended Assisted Living"
The staff here are all very professional, caring, and attentive. The place feels like a country club. They really pay attention to details. The activities offered are diverse and meet everyone’s needs. For example, a lady who enjoys bridge is getting a bridge club set up for her. My whole experience with A Place for Mom and this community has been outstanding.

"Atria Westchase is an excellent choice"
Atria is a great place to trust with your loved one. The staff is well-trained, and most have been there for a long time, which shows how well the management runs things. They pay attention to every detail of care. Plus, they work hard to create a friendly family atmosphere and involve residents in activities. We moved Mom to Atria after a bad experience elsewhere. Atria went out of their way to make her transition easy, giving her extra attention during the first few weeks to help her learn her way around. I highly recommend Atria Westchase and appreciate the peace of mind their care provides.

"Inadequate Hospice Care and Lost Personal Items"
My stepmom was placed in Hospice and sadly, ended up with painful bedsores. Sure, she was a tough lady to handle, but everyone deserves proper care, especially in a Hospice. They should care for those nearing the end, not shrug it off like it doesn't matter because they're dying. Caring is their job. They lost her sheets and gave her clothes that didn't belong to her over and over. We asked if we should label her stuff and they said no, but I think it would've helped.

"Warm Welcome, Just Needs Better Cleaning"
The woman who shows you around and helps you get settled in is really amazing. She's quite welcoming and gives you all the information you need. Where they could do better, according to my mom who lives there, is in the cleaning department. Aside from that, it's been a solid experience and we would tell others to definitely check out Atria Westchase.

"Very pleased with the clean and friendly environment."
The place is really clean, and the staff is super friendly. They pay close attention to both the residents and their families. The food is definitely a five-star quality. A lot of residents, including my loved one, prefer to eat in their rooms, but I wish there was more social interaction. They do offer activities, but the residents don't seem very interested in joining. Other than that, everything else is great. I can't think of anything that needs to be improved or done better.

We absolutely loved this place. The staff and residents are full of energy. Residents can join groups that let them share opinions on things like the menu and field trips. There are lots of scheduled outings, group walks, and exercise sessions twice a day. They even have a project to honor Veterans. My two sisters and I think it’s perfect for Dad. "Pleasant Assisted Living Facility, but Less Staff and Limited Menu"
The place feels pleasant and welcoming. There don't seem as many staff around as at Belmont, and I noticed a Nursing Assistant who didn't appear to interact much with the residents. Those living here were friendly and seemed to be actively participating in activities. As part of the care, two senior citizen doctors visit once a week. The staff is mainly comprised of certified nursing assistants, with one nurse on duty from Monday through Friday during the day. There were a small number of Jewish residents. I noticed the menu didn't have many options. The location was a bit inconvenient for us to travel to.
