"Not the right fit"
We had a nice tour at Serenity Care, but it didn't quite suit my loved one.

"Great place, owner was friendly, but limited room options."
Nice place! The owner was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they didn't have any private rooms, and the shared room available was cramped in the corner. I worry my Mom would feel confined.
