"Welcoming Community with Great Amenities"
We visited this place. It's small and residents seemed quiet. But we loved the food options and activities. Families should check it out for loved ones' care.

""Limited Activities and Benched Residents in 20-Bed Facility""
This place has room for 20 people. But there's hardly anything to do here. Everyone I saw was simply reclining, covered in blankets and watching TV.

"Cozy Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
Nice staff who care for residents, but I wish there were more outings and activities for my mom. The place feels cozy, though.

"Good Assisted Living, Needs More Activities for Residents"
The employees are wonderful and they obviously care about the residents. I need somewhere for my mom that has more activities and trips. Apart from that, the place feels cozy and homelike.

"Great care, small and personal facility."
They take good care of my dad. The facility is small and nice. The staff have time to give each resident attention, so if they need anything, it’s not too crowded. It’s a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for, so no complaints here. There are a few activities, but not many.

"Nice, homey place with helpful, detailed staff"
The place is nice and feels like home. It’s small, but the director and other staff spent a lot of time talking to me about my mom and the facility.

"Autumn Grove feels like a caring home for memory care."
After researching and touring several long-term Alzheimer's care facilities, my father and I chose Autumn Grove in The Woodlands, Texas, for my mother. She’s been a resident since 2014, and we couldn’t be more pleased with her care. My mother is always clean, gets three homemade meals daily, and has a comfy private room. The caregivers are attentive and loving, and her health is monitored daily by a nurse practitioner. Twila, the manager, tirelessly ensures that all 16 residents are well cared for and loved. My father had cared for my mother at home for years before it became necessary to move her to long-term care. Although this decision was difficult, he feels comforted knowing that his wife of 69 years is receiving excellent, loving care—both physically and emotionally. The staff even take care of him during visits, answering all his questions and honoring special requests, like playing soft music in my mother's room at night. We would recommend Autumn Grove Cottages without reservation to anyone looking for long-term memory care.

This place has a warm, homey atmosphere. They have 3 staff members during the day and 2 in the evening for just 16 residents, which means great attention and care. All the rooms are private, and the cost is straightforward—just $5,200 without any extra charges.

This place is nice, but it might be a bit too small.
