My dad moved to Avalon 5 months ago. [Removed] and their team are amazing. They really know what great service means. They've taken the time to get to know our whole family. When Mom passed away a few months ago, [Removed] even came with me and Dad to the wake.

"Great care and comfort at Avalon at Willow Bend II!"
I would definitely recommend Avalon at Willow Bend II. My mom is doing really well there, and everything is going great. My family sometimes visits without notice, and she’s always well cared for. We are very happy with this place.

"A New Home for Mom"
After my mom fell and broke her hip, requiring partial hip replacements, she needed more than skilled nursing due to her increased memory loss. Avalon Willowbend in Carrollton is everything we expected. It's only been 2 weeks since Mom moved there, but to our family's surprise (since she was living at home before the surgery), she is very happy and content. She enjoys the food, likes the staff, and gets along with other residents. Regular visits from family and friends play a huge role in her happiness. The staff at Avalon warmly welcomes our visits and phone calls. Their mission to care for each resident personally and individually is hard to find in any priced facility. We hope this continues, no matter how long she lives there.

"Excellent Care and Friendly Staff Highly Recommend"
We were extremely happy with this community and its staff. They took excellent care of my mother-in-law and handled everything she needed. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. It’s a wonderful place!
