"Unsatisfactory Experience at Avalon Memory Care Meadow Ranch Road"
My family member stayed at Avalon Memory Care Meadow Ranch Road, and their time there wasn't good. The staff wasn't great, with one particularly bad person and a few others who were slightly better. On one of the last days, my loved one even asked if we were in hell. That pretty much sums up our time there. I wouldn't suggest Avalon Memory Care Meadow Ranch Road to anyone!

"Poor Care at Assisted Living Facility"
We chose this place because of its name and long-serving staff. But, I wasn't pleased with the care provided. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone I know. They didn't look after my mom well, and she didn't feel safe there.

My mom couldn't walk or talk well. She felt unsafe. I saw it too. They wouldn't refund fees, blaming A Place for Mom.

"Disappointed in Unattended Assisted Living Facility Visit"
My visit here was awful. I got there and there were zero employees in sight. A resident was the one who let me in - that's how messed up it was. Maybe it was just a bad day, but there should've been at least two workers looking after the people living there. They were hiding or something, way in the back. I'd hate for anyone I care about to have to handle the front door like that.

"Avalon Assisted Living: A Mixed Experience"
My aunt spent her last few months at Avalon. The home was beautiful, and the staff was friendly, although their accents sometimes made communication difficult. The main issues were that it wasn’t very wheelchair-friendly, and she was often left sitting alone due to her immobility. It would have been better if they had more night staff. On the positive side, most mobile residents fared well. The place was clean, meals were served ‘family style,’ and my aunt wasn’t forced to eat pureed food. They took their time to help her eat real food and allowed unthickened drinks with supervision. .

A Place For Mom Customer
"Friendly staff and clean facility with a country feel"
This assisted living home was nice. It had an “out in the country” feeling. I liked the director a lot; he was easy to talk to. The facility was nice but seemed a bit crowded. There were lots of patients in the small living room, including one hospice patient. Some patients were roaming around, while many were quiet. There were a couple of men there, one of whom was a former car salesman. The facility seemed clean. The two African cooks in the kitchen were very friendly. There was a large backyard area.
