"Found the Perfect Place for Our Loved One"
I visited a lot of places and they were all great. We found the best place for our loved one.

"Great Staff, Nice Place, Just Not Needed"
Our family member didn’t move in at the last minute, but we had weeks of good interactions with the staff. It was a nice place, just didn’t end up being needed at the time.

"Staff turnover concerns, but overall recommended for happy loved one."
I would suggest this community. My main worry is the staff changes. It's been tough to get to know someone and then they leave, and you have to start over with someone new. I think this is a problem across all senior living places right now. My family member is really pleased there.

"Disappointing Tour of Old Assisted Living Facility"
Our tour wasn't good. We weren't interested. They lacked customer service. The facility's old.

"Beautiful Tour, Hidden Nightmare"
My dad got treated really bad at this place. He passed away because they didn’t take care of him. Stuff disappeared from his apartment. Even though it looks nice during a tour, it’s a total nightmare once your parent lives here.

"Wonderful Staff and Impressive Care at Avanti Flower Mound"
Wow! This place is amazing! It’s not just how it looks, but also how the staff treats people. From my first call with the friendly and helpful concierge to the very knowledgeable and patient sales lady,I felt like I was part of the family. I had questions about memory care activities, and quickly connected me with their Salize Programmer. He was so enthusiastic and shared great details about their programs and the care they offer to residents. I was truly impressed by everyone I talked to at Avanti Flower Mound.

"Great Care and Safety at Avanti!"
Avanti Senior Living at Flower Mount is a great place. My mother-in-law has lived there happily for over a year. Her apartment is nice and clean, and the staff is caring. They did an excellent job protecting residents during the pandemic. The food could be better, but they offer fun activities.

"High Turnover, Broken Promises, and Neglect Plague Assisted Living Facility"
This place can't seem to keep its staff for long. It's been awhile since they've organized any fun activities for the elderly folks living here. They made all kinds of promises about keeping my dad engaged and happy. None of those things have happened. The recent shutdown has only made things worse. Previously, my siblings and I could visit him and take him out, but now, they aren't letting anyone in or out so my dad just sits all alone in his room. He can't even have visitors or participate in activities. He has gotten really unhappy. They don't seem to care at all. To top it all off, his TV isn't working and no one will come to fix it. Now, he literally just sits in his room, not able to leave or do anything. When dad arrived here, he was doing pretty great but now, he's just a really sad and lonely guy.

"Responsive staff, clean facility, and great social activities"
The staff is very quick to help our 90-year-old parents. They make extra efforts to get them out to socialize and keep everything clean.

"Run, don't walk away from this place"
The pretty building is all this place has going for it. They don't care about medicine administration, activities, or leadership.....RUN, do not walk, away from this place. They do a great sales job, but they do not live up to the promises that they make. The owners don't respond or get involved with any serious issues, and the nursing leadership is incompetent at best. If you care about your loved one, do not bring them here.

"New Facility Failing to Meet Basic Needs"
My mother-in-law moved to Avanti. The first two months were pretty good. This place just seems to be getting worse every day, and it doesn't look like things will improve soon. There have been a lot of changes in important positions like the kitchen staff, to the point where the food is barely good enough to eat. They've also messed up with giving the right medications to the residents. Housekeeping seems to have just vanished, and laundry that was supposed to be done weekly is now taking way longer. My mother-in-law is almost ready to leave this nice, new place. Is it because they don't manage well, or because they don't pay their workers enough? We're not sure, but if something doesn't change soon, someone needs to step in and fix things for the people we care about.

"Meal Service Stopped at Assisted Living"
We visited this place and thought it was okay, but then we found out they don't do meal service anymore. In places like this, having meals is really important. It helps people socialize and eat healthy. Without meal service, something's missing in this community.
