"Friendly Staff and Clean Facility Make Adjusting Easier"
I’ve had a hard time settling in because of my own issues, but they’re helping me adjust. The place is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They’re really willing to make me comfortable. If I ask them to do something, they do it right away.

"Review of Lexington Place - Spanky - Dallas, TX"
It was a nice home but not suitable for my dad's needs.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Mixed Experience, Care Needs Caution"
We had a mix of good and not-so-good at this place. The building is nice, clean, and staff are friendly and work hard. But I think they couldn't manage my loved one's needs, and she had a medical emergency. They tried, but make sure your loved one fits here.

"Kind Workers, But Care Might Not Be Enough"
Our time here was a mixed bag. The place looks great, it's neat and tidy, and the workers are nice and work hard. But, I believe they weren't fully prepared to take care of my family member's health needs which led to a medical crisis. They did their best, but you should check if their care matches your loved one's needs before they move in.

"Suited the Purpose"
Manager communicated well. Convenient location. Clean room. Fair food, but not suitable for diabetics due to limited choices. Pet-friendly. Suited the purpose for loved ones at the time. Care was quite good.

"Adequate on-site medical care for 10, priced at $4,700-$4,900"
This place can fit 10 folks, and they can get all their medical needs met right there. Nurses and doctors come to them for things like physical therapy, foot care, x-rays, even blood tests. There's also a special lift machine for moving people in wheelchairs. The monthly cost is between $4,700 to $4,900.

"Great Location and Staff, but More Activities Needed"
The facility could offer more activities, like chair yoga, to help residents stay active. It’s in a great location for my family. The room is spacious, bright, and always clean. I also like that the staff works 8-hour shifts instead of staying for days or weeks at a time. This helps them avoid burnout, unlike at some other places.

"Loved Lavendale Most After Visiting All Three Homes"
I met with the Director and owner of this place. I was really impressed with the homes and their service. I checked out all three homes listed below and liked them in this order: 1) Lavendale, 2) Royal, 3) Spanky. I’d probably not consider Spanky, but I absolutely loved Lavendale. It’s my favorite so far.
