"Affordable Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
We picked Avid Care Cottages because it's cheap and close to family. It's a house turned into a home for seniors, and my loved one shares a room with another resident. The rooms are okay. The food is homemade, and my loved one likes it. The place is old and needs upgrades. I think others might like it too.

"Friendly Staff, But Lacks Some Care Services"
This assisted living place is really cozy and spotless. The person who showed us around was super nice and knew a lot. The rooms looked great too. But it looks like the other folks living there need more help than what my mom and dad need. They don’t have nurses all day and night, which is something my dad needs. Also, if we wanted someone to help with exercises and moving around, we’d have to find that person ourselves because this place doesn’t offer it.
