"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We really liked the staff and the facility, but the owners seemed insincere. They acted differently after our dad moved in—kind of distant and unfriendly. On the bright side, the manager and the rest of the staff were excellent.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Overall, the workers were nice. Management was so-so but a bit tricky. It's a good idea to make sure everything you want for your parent is happening. At first, I was really happy she was there. She ate well and gained weight. But then she kept falling, which made her health get worse. I know it was accidental, but it might have been stopped if they did more to prevent falls.

"Best for Elderly with Low Medical Needs"
I would tell others that this place is good for very elderly people with low medical needs. The staff couldn't meet my loved one's needs like I thought they would. I worked with a staff, and I feel she was trying her best. The rest of the nursing staff felt unfriendly and unprofessional at times.

"Great facility with nice rooms and good food!"
This place is nice and definitely worth checking out. The rooms are pleasant, and everyone has their own bathroom. The food looks good, with a nice variety.

"Great tour, but not a fit for active mom"
My mom, who has Alzheimer’s and is 65, is very active. This place is clean and the staff seems very dedicated, but I don’t think it’s the right fit for her. The house is big, but the property is small. When I asked about physical activities for my mom (she still mows her own lawn!), the owner seemed a bit confused about what to do with her. It was a wonderful tour though.

"Assisted Living Review: Clean but Not for Active Seniors"
My mom, who has Alzheimer's and is only 65, is still very active. While this place is neat and the staff, particularly [Removed], seems committed, I don't think it's suitable for her. The house is large, but the property is quite small. When I asked about activities for my mom (she still mows her own lawn!), the owner seemed a bit confused about what to offer her. Nonetheless, the tour was lovely.

"Helpful but Not Our Top Choice"
A Place For Mom helped us find options and made our search easier by sticking to our requirements. This home was nice, but we liked another facility better. The tour was good.

"A Great Choice with Friendly Care and a Comfortable Atmosphere"
I wouldn't have found this place without A Place For Mom. I like that it's all female residents. The owner made us feel really comfortable, and the caregivers are all kind and friendly. The place is just the right size with only 9 residents, and it’s very clean. We’re really happy with our choice.

"Clean, Caregiver, and Nice Outdoor Space Make a Great Place"
I was really impressed with how clean the place was there were no bad smells at all. I also liked that there's a caregiver who lives there. The outdoor areas were great for walking and enjoying nature. The private rooms were a bit small, but they were good enough for my client.

"Limited Activities and Socialization; Nice Facilities but Isolation Concerns"
The neighborhood and house are lovely, with a clean porch and yard. The room is big, and the owner is friendly. Two aides help with showers and meals. However, residents don't talk much, some seem inactive, and there's little interaction among them. Only one common indoor area, the dining table, and no outings offered. Dad might feel lonely here.

"Nice Space, Lacks Social Interaction at Assisted Living Home"
This assisted living home is situated in a pleasant neighborhood and is well-maintained and clean. It even boasts a lovely porch and outdoor yard with tables for use. The rooms are quite roomy compared to others. The owner is genuinely kind, and she employs two helpers who aid with showers and meals. Despite this, the residents didn't seem very interactive. Two were barely movable and one guy stayed cooped up in his room all day. It appeared there was minimal socialization happening. The only indoor shared space is the dining table, which limits opportunities for interaction. Unfortunately, the home doesn't provide outings, and I fear my father would feel lonely here.

"Pretty Decent, But New Hope Left a Better Impression"
It was pretty good but I personally preferred the vibe at New Hope. The outdoor area at New Hope was more serene and spacious. The person in charge here was kind but overall, it didn't really match up to what I had in mind.

"“Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility”"
I visited the assisted living facility on May 6, 2013. It’s quite small, and there are no private bathrooms. Most of the residents have serious health issues, especially when compared to J, who seems to be doing better. I also noticed one female patient dealing with diarrhea.

"Visited 5/6/13 - Limited Space; No Private Bathrooms; High-Care Residents"
Cramped space; no private bathrooms; most of the residents require more care than J's current needs. Encountered one female patient with stomach issues.

"Not Impressed with Assisted Living Space"
I didn't really like the place where the assisted living facility is located. The actual senior living area feels small and cramped.

"Decent Private Room and Medical Services but Neglected Yard"
You get your own room complete with a bathroom that has a shower. It's spotless with no bad smells. There's a continuous porch going all around the house, and your room has direct access to it. Yard is unkempt. A doctor only comes by monthly. The facility can arrange your medications if preferred.
