"Neglected Residents and Poor Sanitation in Assisted Living Facility"
The people living here are getting hurt and the staff isn't keeping track of it or telling their families. The cleaning crew isn't doing their job. The families end up having to tidy up the rooms of their loved ones, or else they won't be cleaned. They're cramming 25 to 30 people who need extra care into a space with only 2 or 3 staff members looking after them.

""Not my home, Over-helpful staff, Unimpressed by hard work""
This place doesn't feel like home to me at all. Even though I can handle all my physical care by myself, they seem to always help more than needed. The people who work here are okay, but I'm not impressed by their hard work.

"Depressing two-year stay in care facility with subpar standards"
My grandma spent a year in the memory care unit of this facility. Initially, she received good care. But things started to go downhill after a while. She ended up with a diaper rash that got infected - not once, but twice! It seemed like she wasn't kept clean like she should've been. Some workers would leave the elderly folks alone in the dining area, with no supervision. Grandma's room always stunk and it wasn't maintained properly. To top it all off, her clothes and other personal stuff kept going missing. She became so upset living there. So after putting up with this for two years, I decided it was time to move her to a place where she'd be treated better.

"Affordable, But Lacking Cozy Feel and Too Far Away"
I visited Brookdale Cypress Station and found their prices to be pretty reasonable. However, it just didn’t feel cozy and welcoming like a home should. We ended up picking a different place because it was too far from us and didn’t suit our needs.

"Overall positive experience."
The staff is super friendly and responsive. Our loved one seems well cared for, but there are minor issues. The floor is sticky, and there's a urine smell.

"Assisted Living Facility Excels with Care, Activities Amid COVID"
The assisted living facility is in a great location. The staff are friendly and treat residents like family. The nursing staff is very involved and caring. My loved one enjoys the food and activities, although there are fewer due to COVID restrictions. Overall, it's a wonderful place.
