"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Changes"
Since the new director arrived, things have been changing. Waiting times for food after ordering have improved, but I'm still uncertain. My biggest issue is their online billing system. Despite that, the people and community are great, though the transition has been tough.

My relative is really content here. They’re friendly and have made wonderful friends. The care is top-notch, although the hot water issue persists. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay.”

"Not a Good Fit"
The place was okay, and the director was friendly. But he misjudged the crowd and made some awkward remarks. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good match for us.

"Assisted Living Facility Offers Pleasant Community Despite Price and Location"
This place was a bit expensive, and my loved one's room was upstairs. Those were the downsides. However, overall, it's a nice community.

"Caring Staff, Clean Environment, Decent Food in Assisted Living Community"
The staff here are friendly and caring, but you need to keep an eye on them to make sure they're doing their job. The food is okay and they offer different choices. The place is clean and looks nice. We picked this community because the staff seemed kind and the rooms fit our needs.

"Disappointing Food Quality at Assisted Living Facility Disappoints Residents"
Our family member loves the staff, but the food isn't good for the money we pay. We chose this place so she could get three hot meals a day. However, many nights she ends up eating cereal in her room because the food is not fresh, lacks variety, and is poor quality. Last week, she had ham three times! They've had "Menu Talks," but nothing changes. Our loved one even got a cheese sandwich instead of a hot meal once. The food doesn't match what we pay.

"Not Ideal for Parents"
We visited this community for my parents and their needs. The tour went well overall. Everyone was friendly to my family and me. The community looked pleasant, but the room they showed us was too small for my parents. The staff treated us kindly and answered my questions. It was a positive experience, but not the right fit for my parents.

"Mixed Feelings About Active Assisted Living Community"
When we visited, this place felt lively. They do arts and crafts and have fancy dinners. It looks like they really put effort into their activities. The staff were nice and knew a lot. But for my loved one, it felt like a bit much.

"Poor Care and Problematic Nursing Director: Not Recommended"
We had no choice but to take my mom out of the assisted living facility because they weren't taking care of her like she deserved. The director of nursing was a real problem. It was a very let-down kind of experience in general. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.
