"Assisted Living Staff Impress, Food Needs Improvement"

"The staff here are really friendly and always willing to help with anything. I'm very impressed with them. However, the food is a big problem. It's so bad that I end up buying Ready to Eat meals from the store. Considering how much we pay each month, the food should be much better. They keep promising it will improve, but longtime residents say they've heard that before. The facilities are nice but not fancy, which is fine with me. I don’t need luxury; what matters most are the people, and they’re great here. Everyone I’ve met has been helpful and friendly."

"Helpful care, some quirks."

This place helps my mom a lot. Food isn’t fancy, but it meets state rules. Rooms are like apartments with microwaves. Staff is great—they keep me informed. Price is interesting. They have a bus system for appointments, on-site doctors, and a podiatrist. I wish they had personal items here, but delivery works. Good phone service. Easy move-in. Church activities and space for walking. Maintenance helps. Recommend with research.

"Poor experience at Brookdale Remington Park."

Getting in touch with management or resolving issues is tough. The staff turnover, including nurses, is very high. I doubt residents receive proper attention. Dealing with the business office is a nightmare, and they kept charging even after my mother left. Overall, it was a negative experience, and I wouldn’t recommend Brookdale Remington Park.

"Not Impressed with Assisted Living Facility"

Our family visited the assisted living facility in person, but we didn't like it. The place didn't feel clean, and the rooms were super small.

"Large Facility Lacks "At Home" Feeling for Loved One"

We visited Brookdale Remington Park, it was nice. But, it's super big, so it didn't feel cozy. Not right for our family.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"

This community is great for your loved one. They offer exercise activities, but not all are suitable. Meals aren’t a favorite.

"Disappointing Tour Experience at Assisted Living Facility"

The person showing us around wasn't there, and the guy who did show us couldn't answer our questions. The people living there seemed sad and not interested in anything. The place was okay, but it looked a little old and not well taken care of.

"Poor Communication, Not Recommended for Assisted Living"

This place didn't talk to us at all. Tried calling and emailing, but got zero replies. No updates either. Wouldn't suggest it to anyone else.
