"Friendly and Welcoming Assisted Living with Excellent Staff and Food"

This place is really friendly and welcoming. The people who work here are all nice, from the staff to the managers. The food they serve is very good, too. Whenever I need help, the staff come right away, which I really like.

"Comfortable and Enjoyable Living Experience"

I really enjoy living here. The food is good, and I like going to activities—they’re really fun. The staff are friendly and helpful. The people who clean my room are doing a great job. I’m really happy living here.

"Great friends, prompt help, and fun activities at The William"

I love my friends here at The William. I appreciate the staff for coming right away when I press my pendant. I love how the team is efficient and prompt. They are always willing to help and check up on me. I enjoy the activities, especially the events we have.

"A Mostly Positive Experience at The William"

My parents live at The William, and they've had a mostly positive experience. When they moved in, the staff-to-patient ratio was great, and the staff were always there and attentive. The only hiccup was with medication distribution, as it didn't match their previous system. Overall, I'd recommend The William.

"Poor Communication and AC Issues at The William Assisted Living"

My mom lived at The William but now she's at another place. They need to talk better. They never told us the AC was broken for 5 days. So my mom had to sleep in a room that got as hot as 103 degrees outside. Her door always closes, trapping in all the heat. It's sad that even with dementia, she had to figure out to prop a chair to keep the door open for cool air. I'm really let down by The William.

"Positive Experience with Some Medication Issues"

The assisted living place is great, but sometimes the med techs miss doses. Overall, a positive experience

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short, Lacks Communication and Maintenance"

We had a bad time here. Staff changed a lot. No talking with hospice or med techs. We believed the first boss, but then left soon after our family member moved in. Many different cleaners came, not the same people. Smoke alarm batteries died, and no one could help. Bugs were seen. Workers argued where everyone could hear, and the chef left. We had to find caregivers or med techs to give meds on time.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"

The place was just alright. Food was tasty. Some caregivers were friendly, but they could do better with more training. Leadership and management need work. My family member stayed briefly. They had trouble with having enough staff, which worried us. My experience left me unhappy. They didn't seem able to handle what we paid for.

"Quiet but needs updates and more engaging activities"

My loved one chose this place. It's very quiet, but some amenities are not in good shape. The rooms need updating, like new floors, cabinets, and maybe some remodeling. It could be cleaner and better cared for. There aren't many people for my loved one to interact with, so it's not very lively. The activities don't seem to interest my loved one.

"Assisted Living Nightmare"

This place is a disaster. My mom’s meds are a mess! The staff is clueless and the management is a joke.

"Mixed Experience but Responsive Staff"

This place is listening to our worries about my family member's care. They're fixing things we point out. We can send snacks to our loved one, which is nice. There are things to do here for the residents. But the internet isn't as good as we hoped. We're talking to them to make it better for our loved one.

"Nice facility with apartment-like living and budget-friendly options."

We chose The William because it’s a really nice place. I liked the menu style in the dining room, and it fit her budget. They worked hard with me to make it work for her. Their living options felt more like apartments than just rooms. It almost felt like independent living, which we really liked. We’d recommend this place to others looking.
