"Highly Recommended Memory Care Facility with Excellent Staff and Service"
The staff at Brookdale Sleepy Hollow is very kind and thoughtful towards my loved one's needs. The cleaning is done very well, and her room is always neat. They are very good at keeping in touch with the family about any needs or worries my loved one might have. The food is delicious and good for her health. We would suggest Brookdale Sleepy Hollow to anyone who needs a Memory Care place. I'm so happy we found this great place.

"Great place with friendly staff, but a bit far away"
I was really impressed with Brookdale Sleepy Hollow. The place was clean and didn’t have any bad smells. The staff were friendly with the residents and knew their names. There’s an enclosed outdoor area where residents can enjoy fresh air. The only downside was that it was a bit farther than I would have liked.

"Assisted Living Facility: Caring Staff and Active Community"
It's a smaller place, focused on residents' well-being. The admin team communicates well and responds promptly to our questions. They offer plenty of activities, which they manage excellently. While there were cooking issues initially with her special diet, they're improving. Overall, I'd recommend it to others.

"Room Remodel Falls Short at Assisted Living Facility"
I wanted a room, but they had to redo it. The changes weren't good, and there were no hand bars in the bathroom. I decided not to move in because of this. The community said my rent had already started, so I never moved in.

"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Facility"
We arrived at Brookdale a little late and met with a staff member who seemed to be new. She was a bit upset because her child had caused some trouble at home. Right away, she asked for help from the person in charge of memory care training. We remembered this place from a visit a few years back when we chose not to move our family member here. The facility didn’t seem as tidy as others we’ve seen. Yet, we appreciated that our family member could eat and sleep whenever they wanted. They offered us the same room as before, but it wouldn’t be ready until mid-July. The bathrooms hadn’t been renovated like they promised during our last visit. There were fewer workers for each resident compared to other places. The outdoor areas were messy and needed cleaning. We’d also need to bring in extra help for emergency and specialized nursing care. In the end, it just didn’t seem like the right place for our loved one.
