"Mixed Experience at Aging Facility"
Overall, it's hard for me to say how good this place really is since I don't have a great way to compare. 1. The building looks old, but the staff keeps it clean. 2. Some of the older staff members are friendly and nice. But some others don't seem interested in helping much. One person who lives here said they feel like they're being treated badly. Some staff members can be rude or not very caring. 3. I don't have a strong opinion about how well they take care of people here. The nurses and doctors seem to know what they're doing. 4. The food is kind of boring. I had hot dogs three times in one week, and there's not much variety on the menu. The portions are okay, but the service is slow. I'd give it a 1.6 out of 5. 5. The activities I've been to have been okay, but not super exciting. The staff tries to plan fun things for us to do. 6. The prices seem fair compared to other places.

The place was really nice. The staff were polite and helpful. But it's pricey.

"Inconsistent Support at Assisted Living"
The folks living there don't always get enough help. Sometimes my loved one gets assistance, but it's not steady.
