"Community Feel and Cleanliness Shine, Cost Calculation Needs Clarity"
I really like how the community feels and how well the staff connect with residents and visitors. Everything looks so clean and new, which makes it a lovely place to be. However, I'm not sure how they figured out the cost for additional care services beyond the basic fee. I plan to ask about this soon.

"Mixed Experience at Reunion Court Assisted Living Facility"
The staff at Reunion Court try their best with residents’ different needs. They could use more staff, though. Sometimes, staff aren’t around because they’re busy. Calls for help may go unanswered or take a while. The maintenance staff seems to be lacking, and broken things take a long time to fix. However, the concierge staff are great and can get answers. Moving in was smooth with no problems. My loved one doesn’t complain about the meals, but I wouldn’t eat them myself—they’re like frozen dinners. Activities can be inconsistent, and my loved one finds many boring. The health aides are amazing and handle accidents well. They are like angels. This is a Memory Care facility, and my loved one feels bored and confined in a small space. It would be nice if they had outings for more capable residents in Memory Care. I enjoy interacting with the friendly staff who truly care for my loved one and others. Overall, I would recommend this facility because of the caring staff.

"Friendly Staff, Nice Rooms, Improvements Needed for Busy Times"
The people there are really friendly, which makes up for any things we don't like about the place. They could make it better by hiring more helpers for busy times. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for someone to come help. The rooms and stuff they provide are really nice. If something needs fixing, maintenance comes pretty fast. I would tell others to check out Reunion Court of the Woodlands.

"Homey Atmosphere, Pleasant Staff, Clean Rooms"
This assisted living facility has a cozy feel like home. The staff were friendly and talked with the residents. Each room was tidy and had its own shower. In the semi-private rooms, each person gets their own bedroom and shares the bathroom and kitchen. The cost for a semi-private room is $2400 per month.

"Good staff but small size and ratio are concerns"
This community is smaller than others I visited for my father. He would have had his own room here, which wasn’t ideal for him because the staff might not notice things like if he needed a shower, wasn’t drinking water, or had other needs. He needs more structure than this place can offer. However, the staff seemed very good and knew all the residents’ names. They understood what was going on with the residents. The only downside is that the staff-to-resident ratio isn’t great, so they might not notice when everyone needs help. I would still recommend this facility to other families.

The staff at Brookdale The Woodlands took great care of my mother-in-law during her last 8 months. We are so grateful for their care and kindness. We never worried about her being mistreated. The staff always made sure she was happy and comfortable.

"Friendly Community with Mixed Levels, Seeking Single-Floor Options"
We liked this place a lot when we visited. The folks we met were friendly. It’s a big place with different floors, but we were hoping to find one that’s all on the same level.
