"Mixed Feelings About Brookdale Trinity Towers"
The people who work at Brookdale Trinity Towers were really great! We liked them a lot and wished we could bring them to our next place. However, the building itself seemed old-fashioned, and sometimes I wasn't sure if my loved one's room and bathroom were always cleaned well. His clothes were washed, but sometimes they still seemed a little dirty. Despite that, the staff was definitely the best part of our experience there.

"Excellent Care and Facilities for Seniors with Appropriate Needs"
Looking back, my mom’s health might have been too weak for her Memory Care apartment. The place was very well kept, and the staff was excellent. Our family and my mom were happy with the care and professionalism of the staff. My mom enjoyed the dining and food until she had trouble swallowing and needed a special diet. The menu was great. At first, she didn’t want to join in, but thanks to [name removed]'s persistence, she came to love the exercise activities in the Living Room. For seniors who can fully participate, the cost is worth it. Special thanks to Rossana Griffiths for going above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable, happy, well cared for, and involved in all the right activities.

"Helpful and Friendly Staff, Great Tour Experience"
I like this place because they really try to help with what your loved one needs. Most of the staff are super nice and willing to do anything for my loved one. The tour was awesome, and they told me everything my loved one would need and what they could do for us. I liked that they gave all the information right at the start.

"Happy and Healthy at Trinity Towers"
My son moved me here from Ohio 1.5 years ago. He picked Trinity and my apartment before I arrived. I couldn’t be happier or more content. I wasn’t ready to retire mentally, but physically I was in bad shape. In the past 1.5 years, my health has improved by 80%. I’m mentally content because I’ve found several volunteer positions where I can contribute to the Trinity Towers community. The care here is top-notch. From the front desk staff to the dining room service and food, and the maintenance personnel, they all get an A+ from me. They are friendly, prompt, and efficient. What more can I say? I love it here, and my son made a great choice for me. The cost is great value for my money. I have a studio apartment on the 17th floor overlooking CC Bay. The view is spectacular, and every apartment has its own balcony. Thank you, Trinity Towers and all the staff, for being here for a happy retiree.

"Mixed Feelings with Friendly Staff"
In the dining area, some other residents aren't too friendly. Most stick with their own groups. The food isn't all that great. It's probably healthy, but it lacks flavor. That's my biggest letdown about living here. I might've picked a different place if I knew. On the bright side, the service and activities are fantastic. The staff members are wonderful!

"Good place, a few issues, overall great value."
Brookdale has been great for me in my second month here. It's clean, and the people are nice. There are still some things I'm not happy with, like the $16 fee just to take me to get a meal and go back to my room. I think they can improve that. Other than that, everyone is very nice to me, from management to the kitchen staff. If something's wrong, they fix it right away. I had a bug problem, and they sent someone to fumigate quickly. The food is good, with lots of choices. The staff will bring me food because I can't get it myself. They have a big menu and change it up often. Every day they offer soup to start, and there's a salad bar. They clean thoroughly every other week, take out trash three times a week, and keep everything nice. There are lots of activities like poker and movies. They offer free transportation to doctor's appointments and make sure they don't miss you when you come back. I've checked many places, and some are more expensive. This is a good value, and I recommend living here.

"Mixed Experience at Memory Care: Room and Activities Good"
My mom stays in Memory care here. She shares a nice room with another resident. They keep her busy with activities she enjoys. She also enjoys eating in the dining area. Some staff members are fantastic, but we're addressing issues with her care slowly. Hoping for improvements soon.

"Great tour with clean facilities and friendly staff"
My tour here was excellent. I watched the staff interact with residents during lunch, and they took their time to show me around. Everything was clean, and there were many amenities for the residents to enjoy. In the end, our family decided it would be the best choice for our mom in Florida. I highly recommend taking a tour of this community.

"Cozy Facility with Larger Rooms and Full Kitchen"
Even though this place had fewer features than the other two, my parents found it cozier and more homey. Since it's an older facility, the rooms were bigger with lots of storage space and a full kitchen.
