My husband stayed in memory care at Greatwood. We were really happy with how easy it was to admit him, the care he got, the friendly staff, and how safe he was. It’s a wonderful place for people who can’t care for their loved ones at home anymore. Thanks to everyone!

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place was pretty quiet, which was nice. The room I got had a smell of pee from the previous person. They're trying to fix it though. I had lunch there and it was tasty. It's only been two weeks, so my feedback might change. We're still figuring out the schedule.

"Quiet Home, Good Food, Working Out the Kinks"
The place is pretty peaceful, which is nice. The room left by the last person smells a bit like pee in the rug, but they’re fixing it. Had lunch there, and the food was really tasty. It’s only been a couple of weeks, so I might not have all the info yet. We’re still trying to figure out the best times for everything.

My dad is doing great since he moved to Brookdale. He enjoys the food and likes the shuttle service that takes them where they need to go. Overall, it’s been a positive experience.

"Institutional Layout but Staff Show Great Care"
Walking in for the first time, you'll see a shared area where residents are eating. If you're not used to this kind of setting, it can be rather surprising. The place looks a bit aged and the layout reminds me of an institution. Despite this, I noticed that the staff take excellent care of the residents.

I'm really enjoying my time here at this community. It's a really nice place to be. They have plenty of things available for us residents. The food is awesome! There's a good selection to pick from. "Fantastic Care and Clean Facility Highly Recommended!"
Our time at Brookdale Victoria has been really great! The staff does an amazing job. The director of the Alzheimer's unit and the head nurse are fantastic, and all the aides are friendly, patient, and comforting. They truly understand how to care for people with Alzheimer's. The place is clean and well-maintained, and they have a wonderful activities program. I highly recommend it!
