"Nursing home vibe, decent facilities."
We visited Brookdale Watauga and it seemed okay, but felt like a nursing home.

"Not ideal location or pricing for elderly care facility."
The building is old and only one floor. My mom wouldn't like living across from a water plant and tower. The apartments are expensive, even with a discount for college graduates.

"Great Virtual Tour and Clear Communication"
Our family did a virtual tour and had a good experience. The communication was great, and everything was clear.

"Great Tour and Informative Staff"
The front lobby carpet was a bit dirty and had a small stain. It was very informative and answered all our questions. They were very professional and showed us a resident’s room, which was lovely and had no smell. The residents we saw seemed content, and we noticed several professionals coming in and out during our tour also gave us pricing on additional services we might need and explained the TB testing and state requirements for admission. Depending on the care we need, this place is high on our list.
