"Friendly Staff, High Turnover, Needs More Activities and Communication"
The staff here are friendly, caring, and attentive. However, it seems like there is a lot of staff coming and going. They could do better by offering more different activities and making it clearer what activities are available and planned.

"Great Food and Caring Staff, But Pricey"
The food is really good. The staff are kind and work well together. The only downside is that it’s a bit expensive and seems to go up every year. We definitely recommend Brookdale Willows Sherman to others.

"Overall positive tour experience."
Our family visited Brookdale Willows in person. Although we chose another community for our loved one due to staffing and pricing, the tour experience here was good.

"Friendly staff, light housekeeping, need more varied activities."
The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, but housekeeping is lacking. More varied activities would be great.

"Good, but Needs Improvements"
They have activities like Fitbit exercise and bingo, but more options for residents would be nice. The food isn't quite as good as they say lots of sandwiches for lunch. Staff is friendly and helpful, but communication with families about medications needs improvement. They're going through staffing changes and getting a new director. While better than some places, they still need improvements.

"Brookdale: Caring, Clean, and Accommodating!"
Originally, I wanted to put my mom here, but we chose a different place. Turns out, my first impression of Brookdale was right. They really care about her needs. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars everywhere is because of recent staffing issues (which happens everywhere). Still, I’d recommend it over other facilities I visited. The place is super clean, they decorate for events, and they go the extra mile for my loved one.”

"Small, Personalized, and Supportive Community for Elder Care"
I like this community because it's small, so residents get the attention they need. The staff are patient and well-trained, especially in memory care. We chose it because it feels homey, with his own apartment and lots of storage. Every month, they send us a detailed report on his care, eating, and hygiene. The staff also help my dad call or FaceTime our family, which is great. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

"A Pleasant Community for Seniors"
Things are going smoothly for my parents. They live in a 2-bedroom apartment, which is why we chose this community. The staff takes good care of them, and there are plenty of activities. Mom enjoys the afternoon social events, and they're flexible with meals. Overall, it's a nice-looking place.

"A Pleasant Assisted Living Tour"
This community is super nice! I had a great tour. Everyone was friendly, and the staff showed me everything. It's a bit smaller than other places we saw, but the residents seemed happy. A tad pricey for our budget, but overall a pleasant experience.
