"Disappointing Food and Staff Service at Assisted Living Facility"

This place doesn't have great food because they don't give enough. Residents can play bingo, volleyball, and more. But the workers don't help as much as they should.

"Assisted Living Community Review: Mixed Experience with Staff and Variety"

My mom had a strict diet, and the dining staff tried to help, but with limited options. The nursing staff was kind and efficient, but we had more problems with the administrative staff. We picked this place because it was the best nearby, but they always seemed short-staffed. They didn't give the staff much training, especially in memory care. It might be great for someone needing little care, but not for us. Still thankful for what we got at this time.

"Staff genuinely cares and helps my mother feel better"

We moved my mother here from another place because we wanted better care. I really like how the staff actually treats her like a person and takes the time to get to know her. They help her a lot, and her health is getting much better. They offer activities like country rides, entertainment, parties, and bingo.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"

We chatted with .The place smelled nice and was spacious. The assisted living and memory care rooms were bigger than others we've seen. My wife and I have different opinions about it—I didn't find it very comfortable.

"Split Opinions on Roomy, Unlocked Assisted Living Facility"

The place had a nice, clean smell. It's a facility with no locks. It's really spacious. Both the assisted living and memory care rooms were bigger than the other places we've visited so far. My wife and I have different thoughts about it. I didn't feel too comfy there.

"Great place with lots of activities and friendly staff!"

Mom is adjusting well to her new place. The rooms are big, and the hallways are wide. She enjoys sitting on the porch and has an enclosed patio for her dog. She’s getting involved in many activities and never misses bingo. She also looks forward to her weekly Walmart trip. Her hair gets done twice a week, and her room and laundry are cleaned weekly. The food is good, but they serve chicken or turkey often, which she doesn’t like. They offer sandwiches on those nights. The staff is warm and friendly, and I feel she’s very safe and secure here.

"Great Care and Activities for My Dad"

I’m really happy with the care my father gets here. The staff is kind and supportive, and my dad enjoys the tasty and healthy meals. They also have lots of activities, and the caretakers are great at encouraging him to join in. I highly recommend this place for excellent care.

"Great Staff and Clean, Comfortable Living!"

The staff here have been amazing. Since the community is small, they can really focus on each person. The place is super clean, and the maintenance team does a great job. My mom's room is perfect for her needs, which was really important to us. I haven’t tried the food myself, but it looks good. I’d definitely suggest this place to a friend.

"Facility Impresses with Spacious Rooms and Safety Measures"

I really like the facility. The rooms are super spacious. Unfortunately, they don’t have any openings right now. I appreciate that seniors wear alert necklaces all the time. Plus, there’s a new hospital nearby.

"A Clean and Friendly Assisted Living Community"

I recommend this assisted living facility. The location is very neat and clean both inside and out. The staff is friendly and ensures you’re taken care of. I gave the friendliness a 5-star rating, and overall, I rate it 4 stars. It’s a good community.

"Costly, but family connection."

It's like Covenant Place's fancy sibling across the freeway. My aunt lives there, but it's pricier.

"Ritzy"

It's like a fancy version of Covenant Place. It's across the freeway from Sterling House, where my aunt lives. But it costs more. Even though her sister is there, my mom didn't want to move.

"Lovely Assisted Living with Abundant Activities and Pleasant Ambiance"

This assisted living facility is better than the one we picked for my grandma. Money isn't a problem for her, so we offered to move her here, but she likes where she is. When we visited, staff were ready to show us around. The place looked lovely, though it's the priciest of the three we checked out. The dining room feels like a fancy French restaurant, and the common area has tall ceilings, which is really cool.

"The staff has been super helpful so far"

The staff has been super helpful so far. We've only toured the place, but I'd give them 5 stars based on what I've seen.

"Unexpected Tour Guide; Clean Facility with Room for Improvement"

The lady I was supposed to meet wasn't there, but someone else gave us a tour. She seemed to have forgotten we were coming and was quite nervous and disrupted, but was also very kind. They seemed to be low on staff members today, lots of people seemed to be covering for others. When it came time for lunch, they only had ice cream and cookies for dessert because of the low staff; normally, they would have something more substantial like pie, which was slightly disappointing. And about that lunch - I got the impression we were expected to eat with the residents as part of the tour, was I mistaken? It was never brought up, and we decided not to ask because the food we saw didn't look appealing, and we noticed they had assigned seating, which might have made things awkward. The residents we spoke with only had good things to say about the staff. They assured us my mom would be happy here and that it felt just like home. They also told us they'd had to stand up for themselves sometimes, like when they didn't like the food they received, but otherwise they enjoyed living here with the minor adjustment phase. The facility itself was very clean and neat. We saw a few different room types, all of which were bigger than I'd expected. A couple of rooms did have an unpleasant smell, but I suspect that was more about the individual residents rather than the place. The rooms felt like what you'd find in a hotel, but some seemed quite a distance from the main area.
