"Friendly Staff, Great Food, Could Use More Outings"
I like living here. The staff is nice and helpful. When someone feels sad, others cheer them up. Everyone is friendly. Sometimes the food is so good that I'm gaining weight. I wish we could go on more outings outside of just going to Walmart.

"Bright, Happy, and Seamless Transitions"
I really liked Carriage Inn. The people who live there and the workers all seemed really happy and lively. The building is kind of old, but the places where everyone gathers are bright and cheery. I think my mom would really enjoy being there, but there's a long list of people waiting to get in, and we need something for her sooner. One really good thing about this place is that you can stay there as you get older and need more help, and moving between living on your own and getting help is really easy.

I recently toured this community for my loved one, and I have no complaints about how things went. The lady who gave us the tour was really friendly and answered our questions in detail. Overall, I was impressed with our experience, but unfortunately, they didn't have the availability we needed.

I feel good about the care my mom is getting. They are doing a great job looking after her and her needs. The place is very clean and well-kept. She is joining in on activities and getting involved in the community. The meals are well-balanced and healthy. She is safe and in good hands. I would recommend this place to others.

I visited a lot of places before picking the Carriage Inn in Bryan, Texas. The staff there were super friendly and caring, which really impressed me. The apartments were larger than I thought they'd be. My partner and I tried two meals there and found the food to be both tasty and well-made. Our loved one needed transportation to her church, and they made sure she could go. She seems really happy there because she’s a people person who enjoys staying busy. They have activities every day if she wants to join in. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone’s loved one.

Our move to the Inn has been amazing! Mom's apartment is beautiful, and the patio with all the space, shade, birds, squirrels, and rabbits makes her feel so comfortable. The staff is incredible—they make the whole place feel like home and family! Maggie, John, Kristina, and Mr. T are all so helpful, warm, and caring. I would choose this place again without any hesitation!

"Everything is great, except the food"
Everything is great there. It's clean, and the staff is really good. They have lots of activities, and the residents are always busy. They encourage everyone to join in, so they're not just sitting around watching TV. The only downside is the food. The meatloaf looked like it came out of a can, and they served burnt toast for breakfast. But other than that, it's a great place with lots of outings.

My family member is getting used to it. It's been good. I'm happy. I know many of the staff, which is nice. It's easy for them. My family member stays active. One great thing is that it's all on ground level. The people living there are friendly. We're happy with it until now.

The staff at Carriage Inn at Bryan are very helpful, friendly, and kind. They know everyone's name and always greet everyone warmly. They work hard to stay cheerful and they do a great job. I ate there once before Thanksgiving, and the food was excellent.

"Friendly Staff at Carriage Inn, Food and Luxury are Lacking"
We had lunch at Carriage Inn and it was just okay, the food could get boring real fast. But the staff was cool, they were really friendly. The lady who cleans was nice and the limo driver that we met first was really happy and smiley. He was awesome in that way. But the place wasn't as fancy as another place we have been to.

My experience with SeniorAdvisor.com was amazing. They got back to me really fast and checked in a lot to help or just listen. I can't thank them enough. Carriage Inn isn't offering memory care right now, but I still chose it for my mom. The staff is super caring and I highly recommend them.

"Friendly staff and nice rooms, but cleaning could improve"
The people here are really nice and helpful, and the place is kept in good shape. The rooms are also pretty nice. The only small problem I've noticed is that they sometimes miss tiny cleaning details, like dusting. But if you mention any issue, they fix it quickly!

The employees were super cool, but overall, it felt too much like an actual nursing home. It reminded me of a hospital. The setup was similar to a dorm room. It just didn't have the pop and flair you find at the Watercrest, but it was less costly.
