"Dangerously Incompetent Care, Violations, and Greed at Assisted Living Facility"
This facility claimed they were capable of handling patients with type 1 diabetes, but they really couldn't. They carelessly endangered my dad's life twice by letting him slip into ketoacidosis. What's more, a staff member gave him insulin when his blood sugar was dangerously low at 39. While promoting around-the-clock nursing care, the truth is far from it. The director, who leaves at 5 p.m. is the only nurse genuinely present. They only have a on-call nurse for emergencies. We absolutely wouldn't endorse them, and we've already reported them to the state authorities. They ended up evicting us citing their inability to fulfill my dad's healthcare requirements, though they initially agreed to accommodate him knowing his condition. Their actions only suggest their sole motivation - profit. Further, the director, being perfectly able-bodied, shows an utter disregard for basic etiquettes by parking in the handicapped spot, merely for her convenience. Having volunteered there, I was disconcerted hearing the staff disclosing confidential information about other residents, clearly breaching HIPPA regulations. This facility desperately needs to be closed down.

"Unreturned Calls Raise Concerns at Assisted Living"
My dad is almost ready to move into the assisted living place. He’s done all the paperwork and is just waiting for his turn. But there’s a problem. Whenever he calls to check on his status, they say someone will call him back, but they almost never do. It’s happened a lot, like 9 out of 10 times, no callback. He even tried talking to the boss, and she said she’d get back to him in an hour, but she didn’t. This makes me wonder, if they can’t even call back now, how will they take care of my dad later? We’re looking forward to him starting this new part of his life, but I’m worried.

"Bad Management and Careless Mistakes plague this Overpriced Facility"
Good Points: The place looks impressive when you first visit. Bad Points: The bosses and leaders can't handle medicine distribution and treat their workers really badly. The monthly fees you pay to stay here are crazy expensive and the service is really bad. They've often given the wrong medicine to the wrong resident. Please be careful and make sure you do your homework before you choose a place for your parents. I strongly advise against this place.

"Poor Conditions at Memory Care Facility Despite Caring Staff"
This nursing home is terrible for those in memory care. There's no good life for them here. They're short-staffed, even though the employees are kind-hearted and doing their best. There's not even a nurse on site. Please, don't waste your precious time.

"Brand New and Clean Community"
This place was really nice. Everything is new, clean, and smells good. The staff was super nice and helpful. We didn’t have any complaints except for the transportation cost to take my mom back to Weatherford for appointments. That seemed a bit too much.
