"A Welcoming Place for Mom"
The place was kept nice and clean. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knew what they were doing. When my mom first saw it, she said, I could live here. This was one of the best choices I've made for my mom's living situation.

"Great care with supportive staff, but insurance can be tricky"
The quality of care depends a lot on your insurance and doctors. Make sure the resident's doctors are involved and will help out. Collier Park introduced me to a concierge doctor who visits us, which has been fantastic. They also helped us with long-term care insurance claims, which was a real hassle to handle on my own. Finding the right expert on long-term care insurance in the community is really important. If I had known that sooner, things would have been much easier and faster. Remember, everyone will need some time to adjust, including the resident, their family, and the community. Be patient, be kind, and if you're stressed, ask the facility director or staff for help they’re there to support you. They’ve taken excellent care of my loved one and our family.
