"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short of Expectations"
We didn't like what we saw. The place was cramped. They said we had to plan visits ahead. That was a warning, so we decided against it.

"Good care and responsive staff, though new ownership just started."
The community isn't perfect, but it's pretty good. I really believe the staff cares about the residents. They seem to be very devoted. My loved one can ask for food, and the staff will try to fulfill the request when possible. They are pretty responsive. There's a new owner who came in the last 2 months. The community allows up to 7 residents.

In general, I’ve been really happy with Collinfield House. The staff is caring and does everything they can to make my husband comfortable. He’s not easy to care for, but they’re patient on his bad days. He stays clean and they try hard to please him with the food. I’m glad I chose this place for him. I can visit him daily. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always welcoming. The owner has been very helpful and responsive to my concerns. I definitely recommend Collinfield House.

They included them in daily activities like folding clothes and always talked to them kindly. It felt more like a home than a facility. They really cared about her physical, social, and emotional well-being.

The Director was amazing! We really connected. She gave me information about a house call doctor. The home was fantastic—beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I asked about the neighborhood on the other side of Lamar and directly north of Rundberg. She assured me that the house was safe and secure.
