""Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Communication and Safety""
The really need to get better, especially when it comes to talking with families of the people who live here. And they should definitely follow the rules set by the State of Texas. Plus, they didn't tell anyone about a bunch of accidents and falls that happened to the residents. I wouldn't suggest this place."

"Damning Accusations: Lack of Care and Abuse at Assisted Living"
I would strongly advise against this place. My family member wasn't treated properly here. One of the employees mistreated her and they didn't even have the decency to inform us about her injuries. We tried to bring this to the attention of the authorities, but it was like talking to a wall. Nothing ever came of it. The rude staff member who did this is still working at this very facility.

"Missed Opportunity: Lack of Communication at Assisted Living Facility"
I scheduled a visit, but when I got there, they said no one was available for a few days. I asked if I could see inside, but they refused. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the facility.

"Perfect fit for our family"
Cypress Assisted Living has been a great choice for us. The home is beautiful and has nice landscaping. It's close to our house, so visiting my mom is easy. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. With only 11 residents, there's a lot of one-on-one care. The staff is always welcoming when we visit. It's very clean. The food is good and healthy. They offer activities for the residents. There are nice outdoor areas for her to enjoy. We toured a few places, and Cypress Assisted Living was the best fit.

"Great Tour, Clean Facilities, and Friendly Staff"
We visited this place to find care for my mom. We were impressed with the friendly staff and how clean everything was. The menu looked great, and the activities seemed fun and useful. We recommend other families check out this community because they offer lots of care options. However, when we visited, they didn’t have any openings.

"Pleasant Facility Needs More Staff"
We were glad that good care was provided to my mom during her stay. The staff were kind and paid attention to her needs. The place remained clean and the surroundings pleasant. However, they should hire more staff. They offer activities for the residents.

"Friendly, caring, and perfectly sized facility"
Loved this place but not sure we can afford it. It's the perfect size; the staff is super kind and focused on service. The owners are really accommodating and caring. Their dads live here too.

"Kind, Caring Staff Make Cypress Assisting Living Exceptional"
The staff at Cypress Assisting Living really care about their patients. They are kind, loving, and enjoy their job. It means a lot when staff members come by on their day off just to check on your loved one because they care. Using Cypress Assisting Living was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it. They are fantastic, and I have no regrets about using their wonderful program. I wish there were more people like them in the medical field!

"Nice but Could Be Better"
The place is very clean and doesn’t smell bad at all. Most of the staff are really nice, but some can be a bit rude in how they talk. Sometimes, they are not always around or willing to help when needed. They have daily activities now, which is nice. I emailed the owners about some problems but got no response. I would tell others to look at other places before deciding. At first, I thought it was awesome, but for the price, it’s not that great.

"Decent place, but look around before picking"
The place is really neat and doesn't stink of chemicals or pee. Most of the workers are super friendly, but a few can be pretty harsh sometimes. It's frustrating cause they're not always there or feeling like helping when you need them. They do fun stuff every day, which is cool. I tried to tell the owners about some things, but they didn't get back to me. I think other people should look around at different places before deciding to come here. I thought it was great at first, but considering what it costs, it kinda let me down.

"This Place Feels Like Home"
I did my research and this place has it all. It doesn’t feel like you’re visiting someone at a facility. There’s a home-like atmosphere here. Everyone is attentive and caring. I’ve seen real improvement in my grandmother’s hygiene and awareness. Meals are eaten family-style. Many people watch TV shows together. I’ve never noticed anyone left out or alone. My overall opinion is “this place is awesome.” I wish we had found them 3 years ago.

"Fantastic care from attentive, clean, and wonderful staff!"
They are fantastic! The staff is so caring and attentive. My loved one is feeling and doing much better. The facility is clean, with no unpleasant smells. They carefully monitor medications, and everyone is kept clean. They even have her up and walking. Sharon and Paul are amazing people.

"Amazing Care at Ragsdale Assisted Living"
Paul and Sharon Ragsdale are the kindest people. They hire a great staff to help the senior residents. My mom is there now, and I’m so thankful I found them. The place is super clean, you could eat off the floor. They have a chef who cooks three awesome meals a day. The staff is so kind, and my mom is happy and well cared for. There’s also a house doctor who is very kind and listens to my mom with respect. If you’re looking for a place for a senior parent, this is it.

"Happy and well-cared-for mom at friendly, new facility"
My mom has Alzheimer's and we needed a good "Forever Home" for her. CAL has been great; she’s happy and well-cared for, which is what matters most. She says she’s so happy because the staff is very friendly. I do wish there were more structured activities for the residents, but the owners know it's important and are thinking about hiring someone to handle this. This home has only been open since March.

"Happy with CAL, hoping for more activities soon!"
My mom has Alzheimer's and we needed a good place for her to stay long-term. We found CAL, and she is really happy and well-cared for there, which is the most important thing. She says she’s happy because the caretakers are very friendly. I do wish there were more planned activities to keep the residents busy, but I know the owners see this need and are considering hiring someone to handle it. The facility has only been open since March.

Cypress Assisted Living is a great place. My dad has been here for a while, and they take excellent care of him. The facility is always clean and looks nice. The staff is friendly and kind, and the value is excellent. The care services and activities are top-notch. Everyone has been very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for assisted living.

"Wonderful place, great care!"
The Cypress Assisted Living is a wonderful place. I give it 5 stars all around. It's very clean and well-maintained. The residents and staff are super friendly and kind. The value is excellent. The care services are top-notch. The caregivers do a great job looking after everyone. The activities are fun. I'm really happy my mom is comfortable here.

"Charming, Homey Atmosphere with Engaging Owners"
I had a great tour of the new facility on Drake Prairie Ln. I really like their overall philosophy of service. The owners are very engaging, and the atmosphere feels very homey.
