"Cozy Environment and Clean Home on Briarwood Street"

I've seen many staff come and go at this company, but I’ve noticed many great things about the home on Briarwood Street. I used to bathe a resident there in the mornings. The house always smells clean, and the ladies are already dressed and look comfortable. I usually saw a Mexican woman, whose name I forgot, but I think she's been there for several years. She was always so attentive to them. The house itself has a cozy vibe. I hope she is still working there.

"Terrible Experience at Rader Pass Assisted Living Facility"

My wife stayed at the Rader Pass assisted living facility for about four months. I visited her every day. At first, I just wanted to spend time with her, but eventually, I realized that I needed to be there to ensure she was taken care of properly. While they initially addressed my worries about the care and food, things got worse over time. I believe the problems were due mainly to inexperienced caregivers who were sometimes as young as 19 or 20, a high turnover rate among staff, and poor supervision. Problems included safety issues, mismanagement of medicine, leaving residents unattended, food poisoning due to improper food handling, and poor quality meals. Some of the caregivers couldn't even cook decent food apart from a few exceptions. I found myself often bringing food for my wife because the meals they provided were so bad. When I needed a care plan for insurance, the facility made it really hard for me. Even though the state requires care plans, I had to resort to delaying their payment to finally get one. This gave the owner what they thought was a legal reason to force my wife to leave within three stressful days. Thankfully, I found a better home where my wife is now happily settled. Despite everything, I do want to mention that many of the caregivers were genuinely nice and tried their best. However, they were mostly untrained, inexperienced, and given too much responsibility. Overall, our experience with Dignity Senior Home was quite terrible.

"Tour Was Nice, but Not The Home for Us"

I visited this care home, and it was a nice experience overall. The staff were friendly and kind, and the home looked well-kept. However, it wasn’t the right fit for my mother.

"“Clean, Friendly, and Overall Pleased”"

Overall, my experience has been good so far. The facility is very clean, and the staff is friendly. In terms of cost, it’s reasonable compared to other options, although healthcare costs are rising. The activities during the week are consistent—they take my mom for walks and involve her in card games. On weekends, it’s not as consistent, but overall, I’m pleased.

"Woman in Assisted Living Unhappy, Facility Clean and Affordable"

The woman I oversee at this facility is extremely unhappy. It's unclear whether this unhappiness stems from her own mind-set or from the facility itself. Regardless, she is currently in a state of perpetual discontent. I'm actively searching for another location for her to reside. She will need to visit the new place and communicate with its inhabitants. It's uncertain, though, whether a relocation would lift her spirits. The staff at the current facility are polite and professional. Even the woman I'm referring to acknowledges their kindness. The facility appears to be kept clean and its costs align with other places I've examined. From what I can tell, the care is adequate - she raises no issues with the quality of assistance she receives. She has suggested that her medications are incorrect. However, I've tried to articulate to her that her doctor adjusted her prescriptions. Therefore, her medications won't mirror those she received at home. I trust they are appropriate.

"Well-Cared Seniors, But Too Crowded"

I think it was too crowded. The seniors were well taken care of.
