"Cozy Environment and Clean Home on Briarwood Street"
I've seen many staff come and go at this company, but I’ve noticed many great things about the home on Briarwood Street. I used to bathe a resident there in the mornings. The house always smells clean, and the ladies are already dressed and look comfortable. I usually saw a Mexican woman, whose name I forgot, but I think she's been there for several years. She was always so attentive to them. The house itself has a cozy vibe. I hope she is still working there.

"Top-notch care and compassion in a welcoming home environment"
I had my dad at one of their locations, and we feel great about our choice. We looked at around 10 places and tried out two others before finding [Removed] and deciding to go with them. He was there for two years before he passed away. The staff's kindness and professionalism are outstanding. They went above and beyond to make things easier for him and our whole family, even letting the grandkids visit as often as they wanted. If you want a home-like atmosphere, this is the place. I know the person who wrote the only negative review, and unfortunately, no matter what the staff did, he was never happy, which is understandable since it was his wife. However, the review doesn't fairly reflect the situation, the staff, the care, or the home. Check it out for yourself based on what your family needs.

"Terrible Experience at Rader Pass Assisted Living Facility"
My wife stayed at the Rader Pass assisted living facility for about four months. I visited her every day. At first, I just wanted to spend time with her, but eventually, I realized that I needed to be there to ensure she was taken care of properly. While they initially addressed my worries about the care and food, things got worse over time. I believe the problems were due mainly to inexperienced caregivers who were sometimes as young as 19 or 20, a high turnover rate among staff, and poor supervision. Problems included safety issues, mismanagement of medicine, leaving residents unattended, food poisoning due to improper food handling, and poor quality meals. Some of the caregivers couldn't even cook decent food apart from a few exceptions. I found myself often bringing food for my wife because the meals they provided were so bad. When I needed a care plan for insurance, the facility made it really hard for me. Even though the state requires care plans, I had to resort to delaying their payment to finally get one. This gave the owner what they thought was a legal reason to force my wife to leave within three stressful days. Thankfully, I found a better home where my wife is now happily settled. Despite everything, I do want to mention that many of the caregivers were genuinely nice and tried their best. However, they were mostly untrained, inexperienced, and given too much responsibility. Overall, our experience with Dignity Senior Home was quite terrible.

"Tour Was Nice, but Not The Home for Us"
I visited this care home, and it was a nice experience overall. The staff were friendly and kind, and the home looked well-kept. However, it wasn’t the right fit for my mother.

"A caring, safe home for mom with amazing staff!"
We absolutely love Dignity Senior Care Homes! We moved our mom there after we suspected there might have been some problems at her previous home. The owner and staff at Dignity were amazing! They welcomed our mom with warm hearts, and we saw a big change in her right away. She wasn’t scared and clearly felt safe and happy with the staff. We are so grateful that we found them for our mom!

"Perfect home for Mom with Kristy’s amazing team!"
I had the chance to visit one of these facilities while I was in San Antonio. It makes me feel so relieved and happy to know that when my mom needs to move, there will be a safe, clean, and caring place for her. I can't imagine anyone else taking care of her other than Kristy and her fantastic team!

"This facility is doing an amazing job!"
They’re doing an amazing job! I adore this place! The staff keeps me well-informed about my dad’s daily status. When I walk in, it’s not just a handshake—I get a warm hug! I want to give a shout-out to Ava, the weekend nurse; she treats my father like her own. And the patience the staff shows with my dad is just wonderful. The director is super involved in patient care, always available, and quick to respond.

"Wonderful staff and clean, caring home with great activities"
My mother has been living here since March, and it's been great. The staff and managers are amazing and truly care about making my mother feel at home. The place is clean, and the food is really good. They also organize fun activities like Bible study, neighborhood walks, and bingo for everyone.

"“Clean, Friendly, and Overall Pleased”"
Overall, my experience has been good so far. The facility is very clean, and the staff is friendly. In terms of cost, it’s reasonable compared to other options, although healthcare costs are rising. The activities during the week are consistent—they take my mom for walks and involve her in card games. On weekends, it’s not as consistent, but overall, I’m pleased.

"Woman in Assisted Living Unhappy, Facility Clean and Affordable"
The woman I oversee at this facility is extremely unhappy. It's unclear whether this unhappiness stems from her own mind-set or from the facility itself. Regardless, she is currently in a state of perpetual discontent. I'm actively searching for another location for her to reside. She will need to visit the new place and communicate with its inhabitants. It's uncertain, though, whether a relocation would lift her spirits. The staff at the current facility are polite and professional. Even the woman I'm referring to acknowledges their kindness. The facility appears to be kept clean and its costs align with other places I've examined. From what I can tell, the care is adequate - she raises no issues with the quality of assistance she receives. She has suggested that her medications are incorrect. However, I've tried to articulate to her that her doctor adjusted her prescriptions. Therefore, her medications won't mirror those she received at home. I trust they are appropriate.

"Cared deeply and easy choice for our family"
I found Dignity Senior Care Homes just 4 miles from my place. It felt like the perfect group home for what we needed. From the moment I visited, I was impressed by the owner and the house manager, who was also very kind. They showed they genuinely cared about my mom even before we made a decision. Their passion for their work and their concern for their residents were clear. Choosing them was an easy decision after meeting them. I highly recommend them to anyone.
