"Mom Nearly Dies Due to Poor Care at Assisted Living"
I didn't recommend this place when my mom decided to move into it. Merely two months later, she got extremely sick with a bad infection and ended up in the emergency room. She almost died. She's okay now, but it was a real scare. The staff here seem to be short-staffed and lack training, especially during the late hours, which is quite alarming.

Avoid this facility at all costs. It's clear that the staff isn't properly educated by the nursing administrators on how to do their jobs. My mom was mistakenly given someone else's pain medication and I wasn't notified about the mix-up. They neglected to provide her with appropriate medical care. This lapse could have ended in disaster. The nursing staff was supposed to undergo training, but the nurse wasn't following through. They also failed to report the drug error to state authorities, which is required by law. Residents are left alone for too long, even when they're unwell. My mom is no longer a resident there. Another disturbing issue is the floor on the second level is slowly collapsing and has been for quite some time. Visits revealed unmanageable conditions like residents eating their meals in hallways. This quality of service is unacceptable for what we pay.

"My Mom Given Wrong Medications at Nursing Home"
My Mom lived at this place not too long ago. I only discovered after she no longer stayed there that they gave her someone else's prescriptions. They never spoke a word about it. These incorrect drugs could have really hurt my Mom. Watch out for the nurses.
