"Great community with good food but communication could improve"
The community is good overall. My only issue is that it can be hard to reach them and they don’t always communicate well. The food is tasty. Before COVID, they had daily activities that everyone could join in. When I visited, all the residents were involved.

"Understaffed and Miscommunication"
My client stayed at this community briefly. They didn't have a director for a while, so there was no one in charge. Different people gave conflicting advice on how to handle situations. The staff took a long time to respond when we needed help, and they left three trash bags outside the door. The food looked good, but I never tried it. There were activities, but my client couldn't participate due to being bedridden. Housekeeping was supposed to come weekly, and her room was clean when I visited. Overall, there was a lot of miscommunication. The understaffed team couldn't provide the care she needed, so we moved her elsewhere.

"A Positive Tour Experience"
I had a nice visit to this community. It’s a good facility with friendly people. Everything looked clean and well-kept. The staff I met were nice and helpful. They answered all my questions, and the tour went smoothly.

"Nice place, needs more residents"
This place is really nice and high-quality. The people I met were friendly. There weren’t many residents when we visited, but I think it could be a great place once more people move in. It’s a bit farther away and more expensive than we wanted.
