"Resident Having A Terrible Experience in Elder Care Facility"
I wish I could help all the residents move out of here! Each time I come to see my relative, I keep hoping the next visit will show improvements, but it never lasts more than a couple of days after Adult Protective Services gets involved. There's always some excuse for the never-ending roach problem and why the laundry never gets done. Often, clean laundry gets mixed with dirty, stained linen. Many residents are ignored and look unkempt. They often look lost because there's just not much to do here, and there aren't enough caregivers. The managers seem to be clueless about the state of things. This facility is just an accident waiting to happen. The last time I was here, the main medical technician smelled like weed and was impolite and disrespectful to a resident. When you file complaints about how the residents are cared for or about your worries as a family member, the nursing head doesn't take action. The person in charge of caring for patients with memory issues used to be a maintenance worker and doesn't seem to understand dementia at all. I wouldn't wish this place upon my greatest foe. Our elderly folks deserve better!

"Friendly Assisted Living with Great Activities!"
They offer fun activities like live music and holiday celebrations. The staff is friendly and approachable. The administrator and nurse are responsive. I'd recommend it.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement in Staff and Services"
The workers seemed like they truly cared, but some were just there for a paycheck. We had to remind them a lot to do things. For example, they only did laundry once during our loved one's stay, and we had to change the bed sheets ourselves. Even though we paid for our loved one to have regular showers, we had to keep reminding the staff about it. The food could be better too. Breakfast was okay, but they kept serving the same small portions. If lunch was good, dinner was usually bad. Sometimes they served frozen pies without thawing them properly. Also, they could have planned more activities. Our loved one got bored easily.

"Dedicated Staff, Lacking Support: An Assisted Living Review"
What I like about Sodalis is coming to work, seeing residents happy. Sometimes they fear being here. As a Residents Assistant, I care for them despite challenges. Managers should support workers better. Company makes empty promises. Focus should be on residents.
