The workers at Sodalis Victoria are really helpful. They make sure to do whatever they can to make you happy. If you need something, just ask them. I think Sodalis Victoria is a great choice for anyone needing assisted living!

"Friendly and Clean Assisted Living at Sodalis Victoria"
Our family’s experience with Sodalis Victoria Assisted Living has been great. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. The place is clean and well-kept. My loved one enjoys the activities and the food is good too. We feel comfortable knowing they are in good hands.

"Sodalis Victoria: Smaller, More Community-Oriented Assisted Living Facility"
Compared to another place we visited, Sodalis Victoria is better. It's smaller and has a more similar group of people. I liked being able to eat meals with my loved one and meet other residents. The managers even worked in the dining hall, making it feel like a real community. I would suggest this place to other families.

"Encouraging staff, nice place, but improvements needed with washing process"
Sodalis Victoria Assisted Living is a very nice place. Based on our experience, we would recommend it to other families. The staff is very encouraging with residents during activities. We had a couple of issues with the night staff, but they got fixed. They could improve the washing process and make sure things don’t go missing.

"Disappointing Memory Care Facility Experience; Found Better Care Elsewhere"
The place wasn't like they said. My loved one had Alzheimer's and they said there'd be things to do, but when I visited, people were just sitting in front of the TV, looking out of it. At night, there were only two people working and they told me I needed to hire someone to watch over my loved one, which would have cost a lot extra on top of what we were already paying. I found another place that was much better and cheaper too. They actually knew how to take care of people with Alzheimer's without charging extra, and they had lots of stuff to do every day. I was so happy to find it!

"Caring and Educated Assisted Living for Seniors at Sodalis"
Sodalis is a wonderful place for seniors. They really care about the elderly and treat them with respect. It's a blessing to have such a place where seniors are well taken care of.

"Concerns About Staff Turnover and Care Quality at Assisted Living"
My mom stayed here for two weeks in February and in May. There was a lot of staff turnover, including caregivers, nurses, and housekeeping, between the two visits. This made me worried about their ability to take proper care of my mom long-term. I do hope that if they become more stable, things might improve. There are some nice people there, but during those 26 days, I had to clean feces off several surfaces and had concerns about the laundry. We might have been an unusual case because it was respite care, and we didn't have to bring in furniture since they provided it, which was nice. She needed insulin shots, and it was hard to know what was going on. After ten days into the second stay in May, I found out they were giving her the wrong dosage of insulin, which made her sick. Maybe if the same nurses and director had been there throughout both visits, they would've been more familiar with her needs and given better care.

We had a nice tour at Sodalis, but I felt it wouldn't suit my mom since they don't have memory care services.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The people who work on the floor are nice, but we don't feel like we're getting our money's worth for what our family members are getting. The things they can do are still limited, but at least they have bingo. As for the food, our family members always finish everything on their plates, but the portions are too big, so they get upset when they have to throw away food.
