Family Tree Assisted Living

"Not Ideal for Active Residents"
The staff is great, but the place didn't meet my loved one's needs. They were friendly until we wanted to leave, and then they weren't. It's more like a hospice community for people nearing the end of life. There aren't many activities, and there's no transportation for outings.

"Poor experience overall."
The Director was unwelcoming, lacking amenities, and smelled bad.

"Exceptional Care at Pfamily Tree"
My mom has been at Pfamily Tree since October. Judy, Vonnie, and their staff are wonderful. The home is beautiful, the food is good, and the care is exceptional. It feels like she’s living with me, but they have more patience. As an RN, I appreciate the staff updates, medication attention, and 24-hour supervision. They even identified issues my mom had when she lived independently. Highly recommended!
