"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff, med techs, and activities director are great, but the front office turnover needs improvement.

"Poor Response and Care at Rolling Rivers Assisted Living"
My mom moved into Rolling Rivers. Before choosing it, my sisters and I visited five different places. We really liked the people in charge at Rolling Rivers and felt good about our decision. However, when we visit and use the call light to ask for help, it takes anywhere from 30 to 70 minutes for someone to respond. It makes us wonder how long it would take if we weren't there to keep track. Also, there's a problem with how they handle medications. My mom was left without her anxiety medicine for four days. We've tried contacting the nurse multiple times but no one calls us back. We're also upset because they just raised her rent by 10%, and we're seeing the care getting worse.

"Poor Management and Inadequate Staffing at Assisted Living Facility"
In this assisted living facility, a woman, who is close to another woman (perhaps a friend or relative), seems heavily involved alongside her daughter, and their behavior is less than satisfactory. Moreover, the presence of a person with a criminal history points to the apparent absence of a thorough background check system. Staff communication is in poor form, particularly from one woman who doesn't have any manners when talking to her team, choosing instead to use foul language and act rudely. The same woman shielded the misbehavior of another person instead of addressing it. Furthermore, the involved person doesn't know how to efficiently carry out her duty, particularly in staffing or making the schedule. The team members deserve better compensation for their efforts, especially over the holiday period when they didn't receive a bonus. Despite residents wanting to give bonuses to the staff, the facility heavily discouraged it. Given the high rental prices, it's safe to say that many residents, including myself, are considering moving out.

"Improvement in Care with Memory Care and Hospice Involvement"
Our experience got a lot better when he moved to Memory Care and Hospice started helping out. The main downside was [name removed], the nurse. She didn't do anything for him; he should have been on Hospice much sooner. The other ladies who managed things were great. They threw a big celebration for Veterans Day for him; we'll always remember how kind they were.

"Caring Staff, Some Room for Improvement"
The staff is really kind and helpful, and they care about the residents and families. The place is safe, and they have fun activities. But a few caregivers could do better.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short: Repairs Needed, Pushy Management, and Gossip"
I recently toured an assisted living facility, and at first glance, it seemed quite nice. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed that it required a lot of repairs and was surprisingly dirty. The staff appeared friendly, but the management was overly assertive, constantly trying to change my mind. I also overheard a lot of gossip among the concierge, manager, and coworkers near the entrance. Unfortunately, this facility was too expensive and definitely not worth it for my loved one.

"Avoid Franklin Park - it's terrible for caring for loved ones!"
We placed our folks at Franklin Park. I wish I could explain all the issues we faced there, but I don't have enough characters to do so. Trust me when I say, you need to avoid this place at all costs - it's not fit for your family members!! The people in charge are terrible. They're untruthful and only interested in making money, not taking care of our beloved family members. I only trust a small number of caregivers there to look after my family. Seriously reconsider the idea of leaving your loved ones here.

"Loved One's Care Nightmare"
This place is awful. Don't send your family here. Not enough workers, awful food. They left my loved one alone for two hours in the morning. It's scary and unsafe. Shame on them.
