"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"

The place is pretty, and the staff is great. But they’re having trouble finding enough workers, like many other places. They keep calling the wrong person instead of the main contact we’ve asked them to call for my loved one. The food is sometimes good, sometimes not. It’d be nice if they made it look less like cafeteria food.

"My Mom Is Thriving at Franklin Park Sonterra"

My mother is really happy at Franklin Park Sonterra, and I think it’s a great place for her. The staff is very friendly and really cares about the residents. My father lived there a few years ago, so I know the place well. They have activities for the residents, and my mom loves the food and menu.

"Friendly Staff and Well-Kept Facilities"

I didn't have any problems with the tour of this place. The people working there were super nice and didn't make us wait for our meeting. They told us a bunch of helpful stuff. The place looked good and had lots of cool things for everyone living there. We liked checking it out, but it just wasn't the best fit for my mom.

"Mom's New Happy Home at Franklin Park Sonterra"

Just moved my mother-in-law to Franklin Park Sonterra. She loves her 1-bedroom apartment it’s bright, airy, and really nice. The staff and other residents have been friendly and welcoming. The food is healthy, tasty, and served in a nice setting. Mom says, "If you’re lonely here, it’s your own fault." She’s still getting used to things and feels a bit nervous, but she’s much happier than she has been in a long time.

"Great staff, clean building, tasty food highly recommended!"

The staff here are really nice and helped us when we moved in. They answered all our questions. The building looks great and is always clean. The food is tasty and they have lots of healthy options. I would definitely recommend this place.

"Constant Bed Bug Infestation Tarnishing Living Conditions"

This place is infested with bed bugs all the time and it's just getting worse. The management doesn't seem to be taking any steps to resolve the issue. Please, I urge you not to subject your loved ones to such terrible conditions. Wish I could give it less than one star.

"One of Our Top Two"

Costlier than our other favorite, but quite similar. We picked based on community layout—the apartments were far from the dining room and activities. Also, it's a bigger community than our chosen one.

"Nice facility"

I visited this place when deciding on care for a family member. It was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. Although we chose a different community, this could have been an option.

Rewrite this 4 star review of an assisted living facilities retaining the tone and using 8th grade level american English: 'Our loved one was not here long before he passed. They did a fine job while we were there though. We didn't have any major complaints. It was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. They really did a good job. ' then create a headline (in 10 words or less and placed in double ) that summarizes the review and resembles 'They really did a good job.' .

"Top Choice: Beautiful Building and Great Amenities"

The building is beautiful, and the apartment has outdoor space. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer. The dining room has flexible hours. It's one of the top 3 places.

"Impressive Community with Friendly Staff and Great Amenities!"

We visited this week while my mom was in town. We were really impressed with this beautiful community. My mom, who is hard to impress, had only good things to say. The staff was very friendly. Tina gave us the tour and she was great. They have a real movie theater and a fantastic game room. During our visit, there was a happy hour with live music. The room was full of people enjoying themselves. My mom said if she moves to SA next year, Franklin Park Sonterra will be her new home.

"Poor First Impression and Unfriendly Atmosphere"

I didn't much care for this place. The person I set up my tour with wasn't there when I got there, and that just didn't make a good first impression. Overall, the place didn't seem that friendly, and I didn't think it would have been right for my family member.

"Visited but Found it Expensive and Inconveniently Located"

I visited this place and it appears lovely on the outside. However, looking at their brochure, it was clear it's quite costly. Personally, the location was inconvenient due to heavy traffic and ongoing roadworks in Stone Oak.

We found what we were looking for, but the traffic on 1604 is a hassle.

"Amazing place with friendly staff and spacious apartments!"

The staff were amazing and super helpful. The place was beautiful and well-kept. The apartment was really big with nice floors, new appliances, and a separate room for the washer and dryer. There was lots of storage space and the layout made the most of the area. The other residents were all very friendly and welcoming.
