"Great Value with Caring Staff"
They really want to help folks succeed and thrive. They give discounts to veterans. The place has two sides: one for independent living, and if things change, you can switch to assisted living. Overall, it's a great value.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
I'd suggest them. It's been a nice experience, and Mom's content. Food quality could improve. Staff is friendly but inconsistent.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The place got sold, and the food got worse. Lots of kitchen staff are leaving. Because of these problems, some people are moving out. Rent is going up too. Also, there are a few security problems.

"Friendly Atmosphere, Food and Cleanliness Concerns"
Mom likes living here. People and staff are really nice, but the food isn't great for her (mostly fried Southern stuff), and they could clean better. Overall, it's been good.

"Caring Staff at Garden Estates"
My Mom lived at Garden Estates for 17 months until she passed away. They took good care of her and worked well with Choice Hospice. Kudos to the staff!

"Limited Transport and Staff, Subpar Food at Garden Estates Assisted Living"
Doctor appointments are only available Monday through Wednesday for residents without transportation. It's difficult to reach the administrative staff. Not recommended for those without family nearby. The food isn't good. Sometimes there's no medical staff on site. If there's an accident, an ambulance is called, but they don't provide transportation back.

"Short but Sweet Experience"
Our loved one isn't there anymore, but she had a good time during her short stay.

"Great staff, but food needs improvement"
This has been a good experience for us. The staff at Garden Estates listens to any concerns I've had. The only downside is the food since my loved one moved in. During our tour, the food seemed much better. Now, the corporate office is in charge of the food choices, and I think it needs updating because many residents don't like it. They offer three meals a day with one special dish and an anytime menu for lunch and dinner.
