"Care Good, Meals Okay, More Activities Needed"
The care here is fine, but the food could be better, and they don't offer enough things to do for the money you pay.

"Improved Care and Comfort"
After moving my mom to a different place, we noticed she wasn't getting the care she needed. But at the new facility, they got her out of bed, dressed her, and had her sit at a table to eat. They even did exercises with her in the living room. Everyone had their own recliner. !

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Resident Assistance"
They should have more helpers for the people living there. If someone needs help, they don’t seem very willing. If all you need is food, to be changed, and a bed bath, it's alright. But anything more than that is really hard to get.

"Owner Unsympathetic, Staff Pleasant"
The owner was really mean to me when my grandma passed away. He made me pay a deposit when she was in the hospital for two weeks. When she died, he wanted us to get her stuff right away and didn't say sorry. He didn't want to give back my money for March, even though she was only there for a few days. I had to threaten to sue him to get what was fair. The staff was nice, but the owner was rude.

"Great care and clean home make residents happy and satisfied."
I am a friend or relative of a current or past resident. My mom moved to God Love Assisted Living Homes, and everything is great. She's happy and doing well, so we're very pleased. The house is a good size, clean, and everything is nice. We’re very happy with it. There are only three residents, so they ask them what they want to eat.
