"Poor Value and Care Services, Neglected Facility, COVID Restrictions"

This place needs to do better. The stuff they provide doesn’t match up with what they charge. When we tried to visit, we couldn’t see inside because of COVID rules. But even from outside, it didn’t look good. There were cars with flat tires just sitting there. And nobody bothered to move them or fix them. The yard was a mess too, really bad shape.

"I trust them with my mom’s care!"

My parents moved here together over three years ago. My father passed away at 84 due to illness, but my mom continues to be cared for like family. Visiting feels like going to grandma's house, with the home set up in a cozy, family setting. The house is very clean, and the care is consistent, with one of the owners almost always present. Their family often joins for meals or conversation, creating a fun atmosphere instead of a depressing one. There’s a mix of men and women residents, and everyone is treated with respect. My mom is always clean and well cared for. [Name] has practically become a sister to me—I’m very direct about my mom's care, and she’s always open to my feedback. She truly wants the residents to receive the best care possible. This place is more about living fully than "end of life." My mom has been pretty happy here (and she’s hard to please!), and this is the best place they’ve stayed in the nine years I’ve cared for them. I’m thankful for the care given.

"Exceptional Care and Comfort Better Than Expected!"

This place has been way better than I thought it would be. The staff is always on top of things, and the medical care is amazing. The nurses are really well-trained. The facility is fantastic and feels like a real home with a caring family inside. They make my father feel important and treat him with a lot of respect. The facility itself is great my dad has a huge bedroom and bathroom. His shower is in a spacious area that’s perfect for people in wheelchairs. When my dad first came here, he had bedsores, but the care he got was outstanding better than the ER and rehab center he was in before. They always work hard to make sure he gets what he needs. The place is big enough to not feel like a prison but small enough for him to easily find his way around. I highly recommend this facility to other families.

"Not the place for us."

The care home seemed clean, people were nice, but too rigid.

"Outdoor Area Disappoints, Feels Like Jail"

This place doesn't have a nice outdoor area. The backyard is messy with more dirt than grass and the gate is broken and unlocked, making it easy to leave. There's nowhere pleasant to enjoy the outside. I wouldn't want my husband here; it feels like a jail, and he can't even go outside to nice surroundings.

"Neglected backyard and inadequate security at assisted living facility"

This place only has a messy backyard with more soil than grass, along with a busted, unlocked gate. It's too easy to get out and there's not even a nice place to be outdoors. I wouldn't want my husband here - it feels like a prison rather than a home, especially without good outdoor spaces.

I am so thankful for the amazing care the staff at Grace Elderly Care Home gave my mom. Because of them, her last days were comfortable and peaceful. We will always be grateful for finding such dedicated people to care for her.

Our mom has been at Grace Elderly Care Home for more than a year, and they've provided her with constant, loving care. The meals and activities are planned with a lot of thought and care for the elderly. We definitely recommend Grace Elderly Care Home if you're looking for great care for your loved ones.

"A Happy Transition to a Clean, Caring Assisted Living Home"

I moved my husband here from another place I didn’t like. He’s been here for a year and a half now, and he’s really happy. I feel good about it too. They keep him very clean and make three meals a day for him. He loves the people who take care of him, and the house is always very clean.

"Best Care, Cleanest, Friendliest Assisted Living Facility Around"

I have to say, this is the best, cleanest, and friendliest place I've ever seen. They really take great care of everyone and serve great food. They stay on top of everything and do so many good things that I can't list them all. I'd recommend this place to anyone who asks me about living in an assisted facility.

"Clean and welcoming assisted living, staff friendly and informative!"

When I visited, I saw the place was really nice and clean, and it smelled fresh everywhere. The people who work there were really nice and answered all the questions my family had patiently. They were also really welcoming when we got there.

"Lovely Elderly Care Facility!"

The people who showed us around Grace Elderly Care Home were super nice. They were friendly and knew a lot. They answered all our questions. The place was kept really well and looked modern. It's not too big but very clean. They have lots of fun stuff for the people who live there to do. Unfortunately, they didn't have any rooms open when we needed one for our family member.

"Mom is really happy with the care she receives"

Grace Elderly Care Home is a small place where my mom gets lots of personal care. One caregiver, in particular, does an amazing job with her hair, exercises, and everything else she needs. We’re really happy with the care, and mom seems very content there.

"Perfect Place Found After Many Visits Highly Recommended"

I looked at many places before finding the perfect one for my dad. This home is so much better than I expected! I work in the medical field and have high standards for care. The staff here are fantastic caring and attentive all day and night. The food is amazing, with home-cooked meals at every meal. They provide excellent care for every resident. It's a truly loving and capable team!
