"Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere with great outdoor space"

The staff here are very friendly and professional, and they’ve been with the facility for a long time. I really liked the cozy, homelike feel and the nice outdoor area.

"Great care and homey atmosphere make Mom very happy."

My mom has lived at Grace House for over a month now. Moving from her old home was hard but needed. The staff here is incredibly kind, patient, and professional, making the transition smooth. The place feels homey and friendly, not at all like an institution. Management is very responsive and helpful, showing they truly care. This was the right choice for us. Most importantly, Mom is happy and well cared for.

"Safe and Supportive Community for Seniors"

This community is great, and I'm happy my dad moved here. I know he's safe and well taken care of. The staff is really nice and they understand the residents well. When I visit, his room and the community are always clean. The food looks good, and they have fun activities for everyone. I would tell my friends about this place because it's nice.

"Excellent Assisted Living Community"

I believe this community is excellent, and I'm happy with my father's move here. I know he's safe and in good hands overall. The staff at this facility is outstanding—they've been supportive and are very attentive to the residents. When I visit, his room is well maintained, and the meals look fantastic. They also offer enjoyable activities for the residents. I would recommend this community to my friends; it's a nice facility.

"Great care and positive atmosphere for loved ones"

This is a wonderful place with lots of care for each person. I think Mom would have been really happy here, just like she would have been in the smaller home we picked, which is easier for family to visit. Only good things to say.

"Small, Homey Assisted Living with Limited Public Space"

I really like how there aren't too many residents, and the staff provides personalized care. The focus on creating a 'home' atmosphere is wonderful. My only concern is that the public spaces are quite small. The living room only has a couple of sofas, and the dining room has just four tables. If she doesn't want constant interaction, her only retreat would be her room. The available room is decent, but the view isn't the greatest—it faces the front door and parking lot.

"Cozy Atmosphere, Limited Common Areas, Personalized Care"

I really like how there aren't too many people living here, and the care feels like it's just for me. They work hard to make it feel like a real home, which I appreciate. My only worry is that the common spaces are a bit small. There's only a couple of sofas in the living room and four tables in the dining room. I wonder if my grandma would feel like she has to be around others all the time, and if she doesn't, her only option would be to stay in her room. The room they offered us is okay, but it doesn't have the best view—it looks out onto the front door and parking lot.

"A Great Choice for Cleanliness and Activities"

The place is clean and friendly. Their prices are similar to other places. They respond quickly for their level of service. There’s a calendar full of activities. The food seems fine; I haven’t heard any complaints, though I haven’t tried it myself.

"Mixed experience; cleanliness and communication concerns."

Our mom is here now. She prefers staying in her room, not joining activities. We've had issues with bathing and changing her clothes. She complains about the other residents.

"Mom's Quiet Stay at the Facility"

Our mom is currently staying here. She prefers to stay in her room, sleep, and doesn't participate in any activities. If she leaves her room, she cries. Since she's not engaging in activities at all, we're considering finding a more affordable place. We've also had issues with bathing her, washing her clothes and hair, and changing her bed (which we do). She constantly complains about the other residents.
